"I was called one hour before they were scheduled to show up and told they could not make it because they had a bigger job with a hotel that they wanted to finish. They wanted to reschedule for some other time next week. I took time off of work and they should have called me at least 24 hours ahead of time to cancel. , if the company was not able to accommodate a schedule change that was requested well in advance, they should have stated that when I rescheduled, and they should have made me aware that they had other, higher-priority jobs that may have prevented them from coming on 12/23. They did not do this, and as stated, they called ONE HOUR before they were scheduled to arrive. I cancelled 8 HOURS of appointments to accommodate them. If they had told me they had a conflicting, higher-priority project, I would have re-scheduled for another time, but they did not. I found another company that also had to postpone--they called me the day before and let me know. Why couldn't
