"On time, however, had to leave to get basic supplies that you would think a plumber would have. The refrigerator line to the water supply was fine, but the new faucet that was installed didn't seem to dispense water correctly. The sink in the bathroom that was reinstalled (previous owners had ripped it out of the wall and left it due to foreclosure), leaked after installation. He was called back to fix the leak and told us that the drain had a special part that was only sold in China and would have to be special ordered and woudl take 6 weeks. I was told that once I ordered it, I would have to accept it since it was not returnable. I never heard from him again after that. I wound up calling another plumber to come in and fix the mistakes. The sink with the "special part from China" was a basic fix, that took the new plumber 15 minutes to fix correctly. The kitchen sink that didn't dispense water correctly was due to an aerator that was not installed correctly. The new plumber I called kept asking me who did the work that he was correcting. New plumber charged me $120 for the job. I admit that a large part of the Wall Plumbing Company charges were for a top of the line faucet ($250), and the refrigerator repair was fine, but I now realize that I may have overpaid for the whole job. "

They were friendly, competent and efficient. The work was excellent and they cleaned up well afterward. Quality service, good price/value and excellent customer-service. Couldn't ask for more."

"I was called one hour before they were scheduled to show up and told they could not make it because they had a bigger job with a hotel that they wanted to finish. They wanted to reschedule for some other time next week. I took time off of work and they should have called me at least 24 hours ahead of time to cancel.
