"He set up his contract so he got draws so when he did demolition he got a sum, when he framed it he got a sum, and when he put up drywall he got a sum, as well as when he put up drywall. He would do the minimum of what he needed to do to get that draw and then go on to the next project to get the next draw. He did the framing but didn't finish the framing then started putting the drywall up and asked for the money for the drywall. He did this with the plumbing as well. He kept doing this until he had taken all of the money, then he left and never came back. He bought the wrong doors and we told him, and he took them with him when he left. Run the other way. He doesn't know anything. He is dangerous. I told a friend of mine and he just said "Run Forest, run." But it was too late. Once you're into it, that's how they get you. He did it as a facade; it appeared as if work was being done and he was doing it right. He just irritated me so I stayed away from him. I would tell him things that I noticed he was doing wrong. I just wanted him to finish it and get out of there. The county wanted me to prosecute him because he isn't licensed to do this. My brother said that the county would come after me because they did not obtain any permits for the work. It is easier for them to get permits after the fact instead of doing the work after getting the permit. "

We had to have custom cabinets made to go around several, vents, hoses and the like which required exact measurements and accurate fabrication. made it look easy and quickly sensed what my wife and I were all about and what we wanted. At each stage, he phoned with updates and scheduling, he has a very nice manner and is very intelligent and talented in his field. The end result was more than we expected and looks fantastic. I would recommend him highly for any project that you have."

"Had a schedule and kept to it. Workers were polite, knowledgeable and on several occasions stayed late to complete a task. In all phases of the work the workers made extra efforts to keep the area clean, including vacuuming and mopping when necessary. The project manager ( ) made repeated calls and on site visits to ensure work was completed and on schedule. Upon meeting with the designer ( ) at the start of the project, she listened very carefully to what we had to say and gave alternative suggestions to help with the flow and the layout of the kitchen to the dining room and the living room. Ms. was wonderful to work with as was all the workers. Ms. took the time to go with me to help me pick out the right granite for my kitchen and added little extras to the cabinetry that I wouldn't have thought of (i.e. slide-out garbage closet, lazy in the corner cabinet). Everyone at and Bath made sure my messages would get to the right person, and my phone calls were responded to in a timely manner."

"I went into the showroom 2 weeks ago. (?) the "decorator" was condescending and ignorant, and in addition, didn't listen to what I was looking for and showed me samples that didn't match my request. I then filled in a form for an estimator to contact me, haven't heard from anyone since."
