"I visited the showroom and meet 
. The showroom was clean, organized, with a large display of samples. is very knowlegable in regards to flooring. I decidced on two products, suggested that I take the samples home with me. I had the measurements with me. A price was agreed upon and an appointment to measure the job. brother showed up on time to measure and an appointment made to install the flooring. The installers were here on time and completed the job in one day. The installers were curteous and did a great job.
I can't think of any 'ts, it was all a , expeirence."

"Highly unpleasant experience. I had made an appointment for a 10:00 AM estimate and contacted the company at 10:15 to double check where the estimator was. I was told he was downstairs and had been knocking on my door. I walked outside and into the parking lot, no estimator. He had apparently ignored the phone system on the gate which is necessary to get in the complex since the gate was open, and I was upstairs expecting a phone call. After waiting outside for another 10 minutes, I went back upstairs and called, at which point I was again told he was at the door. When I explained to him I normally get a phone call from the gate or if there is a problem at the door, the estimator didn't address the phone system at the gate and became very defensive and said I didn't give him my number. I've been through dozens of different companies for my project, including other flooring specialists, and every one has taken my number and called as needed. I don't remember if they asked for it, but it certainly is good protocol for these situations. The really irritating issue is given his attitude, I questioned whether I should purchase my flooring from them and then he agreed that I shouldn't purchase from them and seemed quite happy at the idea of not making the sale. I can't feel like they would provide any good service if they can afford to behave that way with customers."

"It was bad from the beginning. Once the sales rep. had a signed contract and out credit card, she didn't return my calls until I'd left three messages. I was treated as if my job was the least important. It took a month to schedule installation, while I was juggling other contractors. The linoleum installation looks vs. good, BUT neither the sales rep, nor Aronron's preparation folder, nor the installers warned me of the tremendous amount of fine, grey cement-like dust that would produce during the preparation of the subflooring! That dust got on every surface in my apartment. I had to empty every cabinet and closet, wash or wipe every item to get rid of it. It took me two days. The installers should have taped up every closet and cabinet seam, and sealed the kitchen with plastic sheeting and tape. Of course, the sales rep never called to asked how I liked my new $2000 floor. It just shows the arrogance of . I'll never use again. Be warned by other reviews, too!"

"He came when he said he would, and if he was going to be late, let me know when he would be expected. Very polite with constant "yes mams" and hardworking. No matter how well I sealed off rooms and covered things with drop cloths, dust was everywhere, but that was a minor inconvenience for the work that had to be done, forcing me to clean up more than I usually do anyway. He moved the refrigerator around as he worked so we wouldn't be without one at any time and also moved the washer/dryer at last minute so we could continue to clean our clothing. We could have stayed at a hotel while he worked, but he made us as comfortable as possible."
