"In office, Dr. Totlani and the staff were very friendly. Wait times were fine, ease of scheduling, and all of that surface stuff is done well. HOWEVER, when it comes" to the money/insurance I really feel that this practice just SCAMS people. Six months after two travel vaccination visits and I am STILL having to deal with the repercussions of how little they care about their patients but care greatly about money. My husband received two travel vaccinations (Hep A and Typhoid) and ended up paying $320 out of pocket all together. We have a pre-paid medical card through our insurance company in which they take money out every month but give us a lump sum at the beginning of the year. We were unable to use this card because they only take cash or check. No problem. That shouldn't be a problem because we can be reimbursed by submitting a paper to the insurance. We did' t think there would be any problems. Since then it has been nothing but a headache. Totlani and her office didn't file EITHER of the vaccinations through our insurance company. Insurance won't reimburse us until they are filed (understandably). We were charged $120 per vaccination. After speaking with our insurance we found out they were only supposed to charge $95.91 for one vaccination (Hep A) and $96.00 for the other (thyphoid). She overcharged us by $130.00 all together! She did file the Hep A vaccination after I requested it but only would pay us back the $95.91 because that was what our insurance paid her after she filed...however, she should have reimbursed us for the full $120 because she was only supposed to charge $95.91 anyway. Our insurance covers Hep A 100% but we are still out $24.09 on one vaccination. After months she still has not submitted the typhoid shot. She says she didn't file the claim for the typhoid because insurance doesn't cover it. My insurance said while it isn't covered, just as she thought, but there is an agreed upon amount of $96.00 that we should have been charged. We still can't be reimbursed from our insurance and she overcharged on this shot as well. ...well that may be true but we still need to get reimbursed. I think she didn't file the claims so she could charge more and like I said....we are STILL out $144.09.

"It was a new practice of doctors that came into town when I was about 25 years old. They were better than the 90 year old doctors. There are no practices they
" ’t have there. They can do treatments all the way from hangnails to major cancer. They have the Tele-Medicine which is the online computing service where you can actually get in touch with the office, doctor or staff member and within an hour if you are in an emergency they will put the person right away on the phone. You can do it from no matter where you are in the world if you are their customer or patient. You can do the video chat with them from your phone too.

They are really great. They are up-to-date with whatever country you are going to. I've done India and South

with them. I just go in and tell them where I'm going and they will give me literature on the area and what's recommended. They tell me when to come in and get certain shots done so I'll be inoculated by the time I get there. Plus they have little cards to take with you when you travel. They do an excellent job keeping records and also have extra tidbit information for traveling abroad. I'm also a flight attendant so I keep the little cards which are full of valuable information. They have always been timely and easy to get in to. I'm always taken in 10 to 15 minutes of my appointment time.

The entire process went extremely smoothly. Upon arriving at their office in Chantilly, I was escorted into a private room and administered the necessary vaccinations. I was also provided some information on my vaccines, along with pamphlets on precautions for traveling abroad. The nurse was extremely well-versed, and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. Their office is small and a little difficult to locate. However, their service was excellent!

.She has been to
Detroit Travel Vaccinations Provider Name Locked
and is very up to date on medical care. She is very thorough. She talks to the patient very respectfully but in a way that you can understand what she is discussing. She is very accessible and she has wide range of knowledge. I just absolutely hate doctors with a passion but I love her. She is always available. She is the type of person if she keeps you waiting for 10 minutes she apologizes to you.

was able to diagnose my problem -- something four other doctors with two different hospitals had been unable to do. I was scheduled for surgery quickly, and I recovered nicely. Dr.

's knowledge of general medicine is actually pretty astonishing -- and he won't was your time with unnecessary or mostly useless tests.

The only minor complaint was with the guy getting my health insurance information. He was nice enough, but gave me a bit of a problem. Still, the treatment was well worth it.

One can use them for travel needs that they have in terms of shots or immunizations. It is an amazing place. We travel a lot.
Detroit Travel Vaccinations Provider Name Locked
is the contact person. I recommend people to talk to him and tell him what he needs to do and he'll help them with that. He's like the doctor. I leave a message and then he'll call me back. This is like an amazing service. It's only $45 which is the doctor's visit and then I do it all online. I go to him and pick up my prescriptions and pay for that or buy them at
Detroit Travel Vaccinations Provider Name Locked
and get all my travel shots from him. I've gone to most of the travel clinics literally around the country and this is the cheapest, easiest and most accurate I've ever gotten. For $45 I get a huge book not only about medical information, but state department information about where I'm going. It's beyond any expectation if I ever have to travel. The place is like a little closet with a glass door by the pharmacy. I go there all the time. We travel all over the world so I go multiple times a year. I make an appointment with him and I never wait. I have had no issues with him and I'm going back next week.

Mr.
Detroit Travel Vaccinations Provider Name Locked
has a very professional yet relaxing and easy-going personality which makes it easy to be comfortable in a massage situation. He asks all the right questions about symptoms, and really customizes his massages to your specific needs. I focused on relaxing, which was easy to do in the atmosphere provided, and he worked his magic. I would highly recommend his massage. Some people "have it", and some people don't....and he's one of the ones that "has it"! (He offers on-site / mobile massage for companies and occasions, and because of his level of professionalism and the quality of his work I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him in that capacity as well.)

We had the first appointment of the day and I think his admin staff must have been running late, because Dr.
Detroit Travel Vaccinations Provider Name Locked
himself checked us (my husband and I had a joint appt) in. He knew precisely who we were (in terms of why were there) when we announced ourselves. He was extremely professional and courteous and I felt immediately comfortable with him and his services. He not only listened to our account of our upcoming trip (multiple destinations) and activities, respecting our own research and prior vaccination documentation, he showed himself to be extremely knowledgeable about health concerns endemic to that region and surrounding areas (in addition to his MD, he is also an MPH). He was also sensitive to "long shot" illness concerns and provided to us a detailed written review of the vaccinations and medications we were to receive and take throughout the trip. During the appointment we requested advice on another minor ailment that had baffled other doctors and sought a recommendation for an ENT. He not only was able to provide instant advice on a course of treatment not previously recommended (which seems to be working!) he provided several names, including other specialties he felt might be relevant. He was thorough, comprehensive and overall has a fabulous bedside manner. It is rare that I walk away from a doctor these days feeling genuinely pleased with the amount of time and attention received but I will always value the advice and treatment of a doctor who makes an effort to listen. Dr.
Detroit Travel Vaccinations Provider Name Locked
did an excellent job and we were both thoroughly pleased with our appointment experience. If the services of an internist or travel doctor are needed again, he will be first on our list.
