"10 years ago I was moved by

but now that the company is all franchises, the quality is "lousy". The movers were low-wage regular guys from the neighborhood who had no moving experience. Movers lacked energy, untechnical and were unable to move all of my furniture. Very disappointed in service. I wrote letter & spoke with manager, and no resolution."

"The team was GREAT! It was the best $600 spent. I would definitely use them again. The team leader was thorough and efficient. Supervisors from the company came by to check on the job - nice touch. It made me feel as if they appreciated my business and were interested in doing the best job possible. The team was late due to trouble with their truck but they called me to let me know and called again to update me on their status. The three men were polite and very respectful. I had a lot of stuff for a one bedroom apartment including 30 boxes of books. The team took 3 hours to load and only 1.5 to unload.
