"Good job on hardwood floors, exposed heating ductwork, walls and bathroom. Weaker job on appliances (which were bad!). Employees were courteous, prompt and well supplied. It's hard for me to evaluate the cost of the service. They were one of few companies to service an urban address so there wasn't much competition. Cost of transportation was cited as a factor although my residence is about 12 miles from their location."

came out to clean my daughter's house and I was so impressed with her work that I decided to get the service.

starts out with two 8-hour days ($150 each day) during which time she cleans everything, using q-tips, brushes, etc. to do a thorough cleaning. After the two 8-hour days, she is then able to clean the entire house in 4-6 hours ($25/hour). She starts at 8 a.m. and completes the work in the time that you have allotted for her. I have her come out two times per month and that works well for me."

"They canceled the first appointment. They came and looked over the job and said she didn't have the correct papers to give me an estimate. She said she would leave the estimate in my door and never did."

"Barely OK. When I first spoke to

a few days before to set up the appointment I was informed that 2 people would come to make the job go faster. On the day of the appointment only

didn't show until 6:00 pm. I informed

on the phone that the bathrooms needed a really good scrub down. Her sister

was the one who attempted to clean the 2nd floor bath. What made me suspicious of her was that she closed the door. When I had to use the bathroom I smelled cigarette smoke. She didn't clean the toilet bowl very well neither inside or out. There were still old stains on it. I had to point out that the mirror was not clean. The tub and shower were given more attention.

did most of the cleaning of the rest of the first floor but left 3 dirty rags behind. They did not leave until 9:30PM - 10:00PM. The overall job performed was below mediocre.

"The house was already cleaned on the surface and I was looking for a deep cleaning. You know like the base boards and corners dusted, light switch cleaned, things moved and cleaned or dusted. The top of the refridgerator and lights dusted, window sills ect. That did not happen. She did do an OK job but from a professional I had higher expectations especially for the price and the fact that my house was already neat. The house did look and smell fresh when she left and she was very nice. I may try her again since she says future calls would be $100 less but I now know to be very specific."

and her daughter were punctual, efficient, organized, and undaunted. They came with all their own cleaning supplies, but also used some that I provided (going in, I assumed that I would provide everything). They accepted soft drinks but took no breaks. I realize now that I could have done more ahead of time to make their work easier, e.g., moving vases off tables so the tables could be moved for the floor cleaning. They didn't say that -- I am saying it about myself. I was quite satisfied by their work and have hired them this week to clean the kitchen and porch. In subsequent weeks, I intend to schedule more spring-cleaning jobs, then have them in on a monthly basis."

"When I scheduled the appt I was asked if I wanted 2 people instead of 1 to make the job go faster and I opted for 2. The girls arrived at 9:15 and I walked them through the house indicating what I wanted to have done. They started at 9:30 and were done at 1:30. I even left them alone for about an hour and when I returned they were fast at work. Very friendly and very efficient. I was prepared to pay them for 4 1/2 hrs but they pointed out they took a couple breaks and only charged me for 4 hrs. I have scheduled them again for next month."

"This was a nightmare for me. I had a special event at my home on a Saturday evening so I got an appointment for a housecleaning for that morning. I got a call confirming the appointment the night before. I had also communicated to the company through email. The following morning I waited until the window of arrival time had passed and then called the office. They said the owner had come in and decided that my home was "out of their service area". They were just not going to show up and they didn't even have the professionalism to call and tell me that. The office knew my address a week in advance. The email included my address. The confirming phone call included my address. But somehow at the last minute, things changed? (In my experience, a phrase like "out of our service area" is often code for the city of Detroit). I had to change plans and spend the day cleaning. What kind of a business treats customers so disrespectfully and without so much as the courtesy of a phone call?"
A
"They did an excellent job and it was hot. I will be using them again in the future. I worked along with them because we had to throw a few things away. They also brought some cabinets to organize some things too. They did offer a discount for retired seniors. They restarted and cleaned my waterfall that I had in my study."
C
"They do my housecleaning for me and prepare meals, but they half do the job the majority of the time. Some of the maids are nice to me, but some can be rude, I mean if I could do it myself I would, but I feel they could do a better job for me."
