is a wonderful salesman. The price was compatible to the estimates I received. My only complaint is they could have communicated a little better. Such as letting me know debris would fall through the attic space and be everywhere, my satellite dish may not work afterwards and will need to call a service person to reconnect it, and my flower bed would be destroyed. If they had just told me, I could have covered up clothes in my attic and moved a few of my plants, since they were in pots. As a courtesy, they could have trimmed a few tree branches. They also had to replace a gutter; this took an additional 10 days to put up and they left the old gutter in my backyard. I've called a few times; they still haven't picked it up. It may be the gutter guys are different than the roofers, but no one communicated this with me. But the roof looks great; it's the communication that needs to be tweaked a little."
