"I contacted
and the team completed the work around 11/29/13. The work was completed in an acceptable manor despite a few small tasks not being completed. The Foreman assured us that the dirt that was built up on the boards of the front of the house would be removed and I ended up having to do this myself. We were assured before they left that they would contact us in the spring to paint the front deck/walk and lamp post which were built from pressure treated lumber and needed to cure prior to painting. We were also told that they would inspect the work to make sure that the soil had settled correctly for the drainage to be correct and that more grass seed would be put down to conform with the grass around the area. Overall, the inital work was completed in a very timely and professional manor and we were pleased with the final outcome. It does seem a bit odd that after specifying the work and quoting the price that the General Manager never returned to inspect the final product or verify that the work was done properly.
Today is 7/20/14 and the final work still hasn't been performed. The General Manager was contacted on 6/25/14 after I finally gave up waiting for them to contact me and I was assured that he would get back to me and schedule the work within a few days. At this point I'm beginning to wonder whether or not they will complete the work even though this was agreed upon before I paid the bill in full right after the majority of the work was done in November.
I would have given all "A"s to this review had the details been given attention and the final work been completed in a timely manor during the spring as promised.

"Contact began with a phone call to this company after being told by Perma Seal that the first available appointment would be in 45 days and a similar choice from US Waterproofing. Salesman set an appointment for the same day between 4 and 5 pm. Called at 3pm to see if he could arrive earlier. On arrival he surveyed situation which was made easier by my having dug inspection holes at the crack sites. He arrived at the price which I thought was probably a high end quote and he confirmed this by telling me that he had a crew available to complete the repairs today or otherwise it might be two weeks. I agreed and at 5:30pm as promised seven guys showed up and completed the work by 9:00pm. I didn't ask if the company had liability and workman's comp; I didn't question the rather inexplicit lifetime guarantee on the work order which also didn't fully spell out the work to be completed. Nonetheless, the crew was experienced, worked together well, and wasted no time. My one caveat that I would recommend to a future user is to
the areas to be treated so that there are no mistakes. There was one area that needed injection and was missed and tools and materials had to be brought back in. There was just a bit of grumbling but it was directed towards the salesman who had given instructions perhaps too quickly. I had watched a video of this kind of injection repair previously and they seem to follow the steps laid out. I would have preferred a little more cleaning out of the crack sites on the inside. I don't know if the quantities of urethane were correct, but there was some backflow at the ports which seemed appropriate. On the outside one wall had a gas line running along side of it and was about 4 to 5 inches from the foundation. The crew leader made sure that the excavator in the trench kept his shovel angled so that the line wouldn't be cut. The guy in the trench was like a human backhoe and quickly got to the footing and cleared about 6 feet between to two cracks where I wanted the rubber application over the whole area. They used an industrial hair dryer to dry the wall which took some time but was the safe approach instead of the propane torch used on other spots. Although I am not sure this will cure the foundation problems (there are drainage issued from the neighbors driveway), I was pleased when they left and gave a substantial gratuity to the crew leader.
My only other comment is social. I don't know what the crew was paid per hour or per job, but they used their own cars and had the trunks full of equipment and materials. I was asked not to mention what I was charged to the crew. My intuition tells me that this company probably is taking advantage of their employees/contractors. That was the reason I felt a gratuity was in order to assuage my social guilt.

"The operator said the person that gave me the estimate was wrong. He said it was going to cost more than estimate. It was the same pad.It was cracked down the middle. He said if I paid him cash he would lift the other side of the pad. Only $100.00 more.

's TO THEM ALL!!!!!!!!!! We made our appointment. The crew was on time, and completed the job in two days, installing 5 piers under the main bearing wall in our home. They were responsive and courteous, keeping us informed on their progress. My husband used to build homes, after seeing the work the 1st day, he thought they would be here for a week, but he was told they would be done the next day and they were. We would recommend

"The workers came about 8 a.m. and were finished by 5 p.m. They leveled the house and explained fully all that they did. They cleaned up the work area thoroughly. They removed paper tubing from the piers (which were about 10 years old). This action meant that termites could not eat their way through the paper to our wooden floors in future years. We were very pleased with the quality and cost of the work.

"Due to a water leak they recommended that I wait until the leak was fixed and the ground under the house(pier and beam) was completely fry and call them back to check again. I appreciated their honesty and recommendations, The leaks have been repaired, I will be calleing them back out after the recommended 5 months drying time.
"I called

on a monday because of a leak in the roof at my grandmother's home. I spoke with

, whom was very nice on the phone. He came out on wednesday to do the free roof inspection and estimate. I received the estimate the next day via email. We have had many issues with this one particular spot on the roof the continues to leak over the years, we have had 3 different roofing companies out to the house to fix this problem in just the last year and a half --- the last one costing us about $900. We were very pleased with the estimate price provided to us, I called him back immediately to start work that following Monday. He did a beautiful, neat, and quick repair job. We have had about 3-4 big storms since then and the new repair job is holding up wonderfully!! We are very happy with the results. I would use this company again in the future and would definitely recommend to a friend.
"Everything went very well with the patch up. They had to remove a part of our fence in order get the backhoe in to dig out dirt next to the foundation and reach the crack to seal it up. The were on time and very professional and did a good job. Their price did seem somewhat high though just to seal up a crack but I'm not an expert on how much those things usually cost so I can't say for sure if it was on the high end or low end. Would hire them again.
