"I was satisfied with Empire. They even came to my house to do an in home estimate and color selection. Then they installed the carpet the next day and it only took them a day to install it. I think their staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and they have good products."

"Representative came out on Thursday. Gave me and my husband extensive information on the laminate flooring. Gave us an estimate that was totally unacceptable for a half bath. After my husband haggled with him, he made that infamous phone call to the manager (that all salespeople seem to make) and dropped the price by $400! The work was performed Friday the very next day and I was more than pleased with the results. The floor is beautiful. There was some very ugly looking caulking around the base of my toilet. Since they took up the toilet before laying the flooring and then put it back afterward, the base of the toilet is no longer an eyesore. Workmen did a great job cleaning up after the work was done. I had carpet put down a couple of months ago by the same company, with the same excellent results. don't be afraid to negotiate a price that's right for you."

"On May 30th, I placed the order for the carpet to installed ASAP. They said the carpet should be in Monday. Tuesday came and I let them know that I need someone to pull old carpet up. He told me that he could do that as well. This was put off until that Saturday. When I called back the carpet was not in, that it should be in by Monday. Monday there was still no carpet. I was irritated at this point and they told me to cancel the order I would be charged a restocking fee of 25%. I then upgraded to a better grade of carpet. I was told Friday after putting down more money, I would have to wait longer. They were supposed to be here today (am) to install and they never showed nor did they call me to inform me what was going on. I called them and I was told the person needed is out to lunch and they would call in an hour. I still have no carpet and no return calls have been received by

coverings. At this point, it appears hopeless and I fell I have been given the run around."
