This was the 4th bid I received. was the ONLY one that even stepped into my house to assess my windows and screens, which turned out to be very important, as my screens can't be simply removed for cleaning. was completely up front about the screens and options for trying to remove them (and honestly telling me that they may bend and things could potentially break). I appreciated their professionalism and honestly. I'm not exactly sure what would have happened if I'd hired one of the others who did not assess this problem initially.
