"A few weeks prior I had 5 total quotes. A few did not een bother to come by the house to see what the job entailed and quoted me over the phone.
came right out and gave me a quote that was only a few dollars higher than what others had quoted for the job. When I scheduled the replacement of the water heater, he was busy with another job and said he would call me back which he did a half hour later.
When came out for the replacement, he origianlly quoted me the price for a water heater with a 12 year warranty but found that it would not fit and promptly called me to let me know it what was going on but he had a 9 year warranty unit that would fir perfectly. He found a gas leak in my house as well as replaced the hot/cold water shut-off and gave me a discount thank s to Angies List. that came below many of the competitor's quoted prices.
I would definitely recommend again and again. is a professional, who does quality work and is more than happy to take calls regarding any questions. "

"Had a leaking water heater. inspected and recommended a new water heater. The first inspector began disassembling the faulty heater while 2 other workers came by about an hour later to install the new heater. Inspection, estimate and service were all provided promptly. "

"I called some other companies to get a comparison on price, and they had never heard of what I needed to have done. They told me they just needed to turn the furnace off because there was so much rusting. It could be dangerous. He said there could be some carbon monoxide poisoning. I was kind of between a rock and a hard place. The water heaters were well over 20 something years old. I had called a plumber several months before that to look at a drain, and they told me that the water heater needed replacing. I was kind of procrastinating, but finally decided to go on and do that. I have a large family, and when the kids were home I had two water heaters down in the basement. They took out the two water heaters, so there was a charge for that. They had to ad some extra duct work outside. They came right away. I think what I have now is safer than what I had before. Even though I had a more expensive furnace before, they didn't try to sell me that brand. My furnace is in a small room in the basement, where there isn't a lot of ventilation. I needed a different type of furnace, with better air flow. I needed something that would operate better in those conditions. I think they were honest. It was an expense I didn't want to go through, but it needed to be done. I am glad it is done now. I had them come out and check out the air conditioner in the Spring. I developed enough of a relationship to call them for my Spring and Winter service."

" is honest and does good work, and does it with permits. He undercharged me even though he ran into snags with my old plumbing and it took him much longer than he anticipated. He worked into the night to get it done. He is very friendly. The only negative would be that as he is busy, he doesn't always get there exactly when he says, but he will work hard and get it done even if it means working until 9 PM."
