"I was extremely satisfied with the work that was done.  They were extremely respectful of the house, not tracking in anything and careful with dust.  They were wonderful to work with. "

submitted a bid very promptly. The price was very fair; in fact it was the lowest bid we received. We ultimately chose another contractor but would contact

had previously totally redone our bathroom. We were incredibly pleased with those results and knew we would consider him for kitchen work. We did get several bids and
Denver Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
's was within our budget. Had his bid been higher, we still would have gone with him since we knew the quality of his work. He has fantastic attention to detail. There were several stumbling blocks in our remodel (older home), but
Denver Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
was able to troubleshoot each time to make things work. We have gladly passed his name on to friends who are looking to do remodeling.

"The work was completed almost a month past the date specified in the contract. Halfway through the project, the site manager I had been dealing with abruptly disappeared, at which time the company owner,
Denver Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
began interacting with me.
Denver Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
stated that he would not complete the contract as negotiated unless I paid him an additional $1200.
Denver Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
was aggressive and pushy with me, including attempts to physically intimidate me into backing down on my demands for him to fulfill the contract, as negotiated. I finally had to "lawyer up" to get him to complete the project. He wanted to rip up the contract and walk away, leaving me with a 4-foot hole in my kitchen and an unfinished basement. He argued every detail that was clearly stated in the contract, attempted to put a door frame over a light fixture in hopes that I wouldn't notice. He used illegal laborers who didn't speak English and scattered like cockroaches whenever I arrived on site. Finally, he installed my windows wrong, didn't seal them properly, so they bleed cold air, and I am in the process of having them redone. This guy is a total bully and an unprofessional mess. don't let him near your house under any condition!

"What stood out the most was the company?s ability to problem solve in our older home and the details in the kitchen cabinetry. They were very prompt and very open and responsive to discussion and questions. "

"He takes into account unknowns and works with the client until it?s right. He?s always checking in to ensure the work was to our satisfaction. And when it wasn?t, he or his subcontractors fixed it or did it over. Case in point ? we weren?t happy with the texture job when we came home after work. He had the drywallers sand it down and in redo parts until we were happy with the look. Speaking of his subcontractors, they were all superior with the exception of his plumber. The electricians were spot on with their work and they easily passed the inspector?s visits. At our request the job was completely permitted by the city of Denver. The flooring guys were awesome ? diligent, no nonsense, tidy, and quick. Best of all, the hard wood floor came out looking awesome. The drywallers/framers were great. They had their work cut out for them replicating a tricky arch that was used through out the house, and even hard yet, the matched a texture pattern that?s no longer used in modern construction (ours is 65 year old house). The granite counter top people did a great job and the counter top is beautiful. The plumber did an ok job but his work was not to the same quality standards as his other contractors and his punctuality and availability left something to be desired. The cabinet designer was very thorough in her design and ordered everything that was needed for the job. She was extremely detail oriented and it showed in the final product. The painters did a great job even though they used paint of our choosing (Bher) which was subpar to their usual paint of choice (

Denver Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
, did a great job installing the cabinets perfectly (not easy task with a lath and plaster ceiling and brick and stucco outer wall) and custom building some of the cabinetry.

also took over as project manager when
Denver Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
was called away out town on a family emergency.
Denver Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
served as go-between at the end of the project to make sure all the contractors finalized their work to our satisfaction. In short,
Denver Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
has really found some great subcontractors to work with, minus the plumber. They were punctual, trustworthy, polite, and very good at what they respectively do.
Denver Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
worked the schedule he originally provided very well. There were a couple of delays in job due to some family issues with one of his subcontractors but besides that everything went like clockwork. Given the extent of the job, everyone is amazed that this job was done in three weeks. There are a couple of negatives ? the plumber was hard to get a hold of and risked blowing the schedule for everyone else. The framers left a bit of a mess in the attic but I?m sure only a type A personality like me would be bothered by something like that. And lastly, the counter top people put the project 2 days behind schedule due to a family issue (it?s a family run business). To summarize,
Denver Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
was very easy to work with, had great ideas, and really knows his business. He?s a great communicator (critical I?ve found to remodel projects) and let us know exactly what to provide (we bought some of the stuff on our own) and by when, and was always available to deal with issues or questions. His payment schedule was also very reasonable. Although his estimate was not the lowest, we were willing to pay a little extra to ensure the job was done right and we weren?t hit with a bunch of

costs. This was a pleasurable experience (as pleasurable as a kitchen remodel can possibly be) but most importantly, the kitchen came out perfectly and we owe that to

Denver Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
has been and is continuing to do work on a general remodel in our house.
Denver Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
will not be the cheapest you could hire but he is the best. He is detail oriented, a perfectionist, tells you how it should be done to do it right, is professional, punctual and an all around fantastic guy to work with. Not only would I recommend him, I will continue to use him. He is a busy man with a busy schedule and that is because he is so good. "

"The job was done on time and with great attention to detail. The cost was reasonable (mostly materials, some of which we handpicked to save on cost). Mr
Denver Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
was very responsive and courteous if problems or questions with subcontractors arose. The subcontractors chosen were quiet, professional, friendly and generally not a problem to have around the house. As with any construction job, it's helpful to be clear about what your desires are up front, though Mr.
Denver Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
was flexible in creatively responding to minor changes along the way.

Denver Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
completed the project on time and on budget ? a big accomplishment given the size of the project, weather, and amount of unknowns that can pop up during the journey. I am writing this recommendation almost 7 months after the completion of the project. Why? Well, I am writing it because
Denver Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
(and their sub-contractors) has stood behind their work the entire time. I have called
Denver Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
on a number of occasions for follow up work (very normal on a project this size) and also for advice on work that falls outside the scope of the contacted project (probably not that normal).
Denver Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
has ALWAYS picked up the phone and been responsive to our needs ? ALWAYS. This is in contrast to some of the past experiences where companies have basically taken our money and not stood behind their work. I want to recommend
Denver Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
because they are honest, professional, quality focused, experienced, and act as a consultant through the entire process. If anyone would like to see the quality of work they did with our remodel then please let us know ? we can send before/after pictures or you can take a tour of the house.
