"Although the wasp nest was in a crack right in the front walk and I could see it clearly from inside my house they asked me where it was! There was dirt around the crack, which I understand from my own research is a normal situation caused by the wasps digging their nest. The dirt was not removed and the entire treatment consisted of dumping some white powder on top of the dirt. I was told there is a 30 day guarantee and that was the extent of the communication. No mention was made of further treatments being necessary. The first treatment did not work, in fact it made things worse. The woman on the phone was pleasant about sending someone out again although it took four days for them to get here. Once again they left the dirt in place and dumped some white powder on top of it. The second treatment also did not work although there were fewer wasps. I spoke with the same woman to have them come out a third time, and she was not pleasant when I expressed my concern about the 30-day guarantee expiring. I also received a call from the man who comes out telling me the dirt was causing a problem, but not explaining why they didn't remove it. Although not asked to do so, I removed the dirt myself (one swipe with a broom was all it took) and the third treatment was finally successful. Two men came out but only the older one did the communicating. This was probably a mistake since the younger one was much more personable and customer-oriented."
