"It was great working with
Denver Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
and Home Tech. We were referred to him by a coworker of my husband's. We first went to his showroom to get an idea of what granite would cost and what our options were. He was our first stop in getting info and estimates. We then visited and got estimates from other companies. Many of them were much more expensive and were trying to upsell us.
Denver Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
didn't do that to us at all. Once we made our decision, he came out to our house to measure. At that point, we asked him about replacing our cabinets as well. He looked at the cabinets and said that they were in really good shape and that unless we really wanted to spend extra money, he would recommend leaving them alone. We went ahead and scheduled the granite installation for the next week. His crew arrived right on time and the guys were very courteous. There was a mistake in the one of the measurements, and they had to go back to the shop and cut a new piece of granite, but they took care of that with no extra cost or trouble for us.

came at the end of the day to install the microwave and sink and to check everything over. The kitchen looks great and

was very friendly and enjoyable to work with. He even hosed out our garage and rinsed off my car to make sure they got rid of all the granite dust that was out there from the cutting they had to do onsite!

"Stellar Remodeling recently completed a series of remodeling and repair projects in my home. The kitchen floor, two bathrooms and a hallway all needed to be renovated and Stellar Remodeling had expertise for all the work. Their work in every detail was exceptional and I am exceedingly pleased with the results. The employees and specialists with Stellar are all experienced and highly skilled professionals. It did not take me long to realize that all of them are true craftsmen who take pride in they work. The work throughout the projects was well managed; the crew took great efforts to protect my floors, carpet and doors and at the end of each day the areas were clean and orderly. But most impressive was that fact that each and every member of the Stellar team took the time to speak with me to address any questions I had or to offer their expertise and advice when I needed it. It was a pleasure to work with all of them. I have already recommended them to others and I am even now planning for their next set of projects in my home."

"He takes into account unknowns and works with the client until it?s right. He?s always checking in to ensure the work was to our satisfaction. And when it wasn?t, he or his subcontractors fixed it or did it over. Case in point ? we weren?t happy with the texture job when we came home after work. He had the drywallers sand it down and in redo parts until we were happy with the look. Speaking of his subcontractors, they were all superior with the exception of his plumber. The electricians were spot on with their work and they easily passed the inspector?s visits. At our request the job was completely permitted by the city of Denver. The flooring guys were awesome ? diligent, no nonsense, tidy, and quick. Best of all, the hard wood floor came out looking awesome. The drywallers/framers were great. They had their work cut out for them replicating a tricky arch that was used through out the house, and even hard yet, the matched a texture pattern that?s no longer used in modern construction (ours is 65 year old house). The granite counter top people did a great job and the counter top is beautiful. The plumber did an ok job but his work was not to the same quality standards as his other contractors and his punctuality and availability left something to be desired. The cabinet designer was very thorough in her design and ordered everything that was needed for the job. She was extremely detail oriented and it showed in the final product. The painters did a great job even though they used paint of our choosing (Bher) which was subpar to their usual paint of choice (

, did a great job installing the cabinets perfectly (not easy task with a lath and plaster ceiling and brick and stucco outer wall) and custom building some of the cabinetry.

also took over as project manager when

was called away out town on a family emergency.

served as go-between at the end of the project to make sure all the contractors finalized their work to our satisfaction. In short,
Denver Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
has really found some great subcontractors to work with, minus the plumber. They were punctual, trustworthy, polite, and very good at what they respectively do.
Denver Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
worked the schedule he originally provided very well. There were a couple of delays in job due to some family issues with one of his subcontractors but besides that everything went like clockwork. Given the extent of the job, everyone is amazed that this job was done in three weeks. There are a couple of negatives ? the plumber was hard to get a hold of and risked blowing the schedule for everyone else. The framers left a bit of a mess in the attic but I?m sure only a type A personality like me would be bothered by something like that. And lastly, the counter top people put the project 2 days behind schedule due to a family issue (it?s a family run business). To summarize,
Denver Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
was very easy to work with, had great ideas, and really knows his business. He?s a great communicator (critical I?ve found to remodel projects) and let us know exactly what to provide (we bought some of the stuff on our own) and by when, and was always available to deal with issues or questions. His payment schedule was also very reasonable. Although his estimate was not the lowest, we were willing to pay a little extra to ensure the job was done right and we weren?t hit with a bunch of

costs. This was a pleasurable experience (as pleasurable as a kitchen remodel can possibly be) but most importantly, the kitchen came out perfectly and we owe that to

"The job went very well. Mr.
Denver Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
(
Denver Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
) was very easy to work with, and did a great job. We made an appointment with
Denver Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
to discuss the job. He offered several suggestions related to the job, and provided us with very rough estimate on the spot. He gave us a final estimate within a couple days. He started work as planned, and discussed any issues that came up with us as work progressed. He and his helpers were very respectful of our house -- covering floors, rugs, and doorways to limit dust and tracking through the rest of the house. The

and cabinets were moved first. This included some electric work, and carpentry to modify a cabinet section. Next, measurements were done for the new granite counter tops (it would take about 2 weeks to get the counters). Work proceeded on the molding and making the doorway. When the counters were ready, the installers arrived too late in the day to complete the job, so
Denver Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
had them come back the next day. Also, there was a problem with one of the counter sections --
Denver Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
wanted the problem corrected and we concurred. This caused a couple day delay in completing the counters, but it ended up being done correctly, so we were happy. When the doorway was completed, painting and staining was done. When everything was done,
Denver Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
brought in a cleaning lady, which was nice, since even with the doorways covered (and
Denver Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
's helper cleaning every day before leaving), dust managed to spread over most of the first floor of our house. The new shelf for above the
Denver Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
had to be fabricated, and was installed about 3 weeks after the rest of the job was completed.

"Workers arrived and installed countertops in window of time allotted. That original work was good. They had to come back later to attach the dishwasher to the granite. The first time they had me on the schedule at the wrong time. The second time they did a very poor job and would have to return to redo it. The third time they showed up an hour late (I was their first job of the day) and only got it halfway done. The fourth, fifth, and sixth time they didn't show up at all. Having someone else finish the job."

"Organization and trust are
Denver Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
's key attributes. His proposal is detailed and understandable. He takes pride in his tile work and is a perfectionist. The shower turned out beautiful. Painting is not his strong point, other than that all went smoothly and turned out great."
