"They are excellent. I have been taking my pets here for about 20 years and they seem to have a great concern for my pets. They also are very aware of their history so if I board them there and a concern arises they are good at handling it. They just have all around great service."

"While not cage free, 's cattery is made up of cubes that have an interior shelf/ledge for perching; roomy enough for a small litter box and separate sleep area and the units have communicating entrances so the animal's space can be expanded if the place isn't busy. There are no metal bars except for in front of the cube. ...more has also just moved into brand new, very nice spacious quarters. I noticed it's mostly dog oriented with activities and runs (according to the rate card, a suite with a TV is available for sleepovers!). I picked up my cat at the end of a work day and the line was out the door with people picking up their dogs from doggie day care. They also offer grooming services and pet supplies. And the staff at

just could not be nicer. Their rates seem fair but I thought $15 for one 1/2 hr of one-on-one time might have been just a tad steep."

"This is a great company. First off, the facility is clean and homey. Second, they put a lot of thought into placing each dog with others of the same energy level, etc. I've used them twice now, on the recommendation of a friend, and my dog always comes home happy and seems well-cared for. It costs a bit more than other places, but my dog has come home ...more with eye infections and doggie flu from other facilities which required vet visits, so in the long run,

is cheaper. The owner does require that you put down half the cost of kenneling when you make your reservation, but I supposed this is to protect the company from nonpayment."

"I like this place because of the care that my dogs get when they are there. The coolest thing about taking your dogs there is that you can watch them from the internet. They use web cameras. Their prices are very reasonable as well."

"Our dog seemed to have enjoyed his stay. He slept really well the first night home. The dog handlers had cleaned his fur of dust before we picked him up. We received a ''report card'' detailing how our dog had spent his time and which dogs he'd had as playmates. The dog handlers seem very responsible and really enjoy the dogs. I appreciate their policy ...more of feeding the dogs their own food. It's a little bit of a job to package it up but much better for the dog to maintain their regular diet. The dogs get plenty of time outdoors, which our dog just loves."

"The entire staff is very nice, caring, and helpful. They treat the dogs as if they are their own. The pens where the dogs rest, play, and sleep are kept very clean by the staff. They have staff their 24/7. My dog is always very excited to go there, and can't wait to be let in the door to play, and is tired when she comes home."
