"I called after finding his company on Angie's List. He gave me an estimate over the phone for adding blown insulation to existing insulation in a house built in 1909 to bring it up to R38.
I scheduled the work for a few weeks later. He and his assistant arrived when they said they would and inspected the attic at which time informed me there wasn't as much insulation as the home inspector had estimated. He recommended adding R-19 in order to get it to where I wanted it in a way that I did not feel pressured either way. I appreciated that he pointed it out, instead of just letting it go.
He and his partner were professional, took a lot of care to keep the entire area covered before bringing in their equipment and were equally careful about vacuuming up afterwards. also offered some good advice about modifying the access cover to the attic in order to minimize heat loss at that point."

"It was impressive. They crawled around every pipe in my house when sealing and advised against sealing my garage since it's an outside space. They changed the air return in the master bedroom from the top of the wall to the bottom of the wall which was a great help with circulating the air. Air circulation in my town house was a huge problem, but they have been a great help. Their whole organization, including the office staff, seemed really on top of things."

"Sales person was very professional - pointed out the difference between hiring local vs. out of town (what he called storm chasers), provided us with an estimate which was not the lowest but promised the quality that we were looking for. He worked with our insurance adjuster which was very helpful. within a week and on time promised the material was loaded on the roof , crew came and performed as agreed, noisy but very clean,. We than learned that the company has a general license for all type of work around the house and decided to hire them for the driveway as well. We came to their office in Arvada to pay the balance and were greeted with very nice staff. The final inspection was delayed by the city and the company again kept on top of them and the insurance.
Highly recommended."

"Everytime I go there I get done what must be done with help from the staff, great suggestions and many ways to save money on the projects that come up on a weekly basis."

"The energy audit by Brachfeld went well with good suggestions and a seemingly sound plan of action. The implementation of the plan by his sub-contractor at Energy Delivery Systems was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a contractor. EJ the head of Energy Delivery Systems repeatedly arrived 1 to 1 1/2 hours late for appointments. He did not communicate with his staff so he did not know what projects were supposed to be performed. He arrived one day to install the cold air intake into the furnace room and did not have the parts to finish the job and was supposed to return the next day to finish and never arrived nor called. The exterior bore holes were supposed to be closed with wood matching plugs but were initially closed with spackle which needed to be replaced. The incorrect intake door was installed on the cold air intake vent so it blocked air entry which is the entire reason for the vent. The cold air intake pipe was not insulated as it traveled through a closet (I insulated it myself). A larger interior air vent needed to be installed on a door which I performed myself. The job is still not complete after 3-4 months as a storm window is not yet installed, a door lock needs to be fixed, and the vent trap door needs to be replaced.
In conclusion I would not use this company again and I would not recommend them to anybody I know."

"They were on Excel's list of contractors we could use in order to get a rebate. They came highly rated on Angie's list so we decided to use them. The biggest issue was scheduling the service, probably because their scheduler was new and didn't really know how long a job would take to complete. However, EJ (the team leader) personally came to our house to apologize for the delay and to reschedule for a date that his team could make. They were right on time and performed the work as promised."

"I had to cancel our appointment due to work contraints. rearranged his schedule, arrived on time with an assistant and began working. He closely supervised his assistant and performed the more technically demanding work himself, such as drilling and patching holes. The whole job took about seven hours. When they were done, the work was competed on time and for less than I had anticipated based on the estimate. The warmth in the 2nd floor was immediately noticeable! The north room now is a balmy 70 degrees!"

"I got several other estimates from other companies, but decided to go with them. I thought their price was good. I didn't have very much insulation in my attic to begin with. I was really satisfied with them. He brought my insulation up to code, or better than code. I could feel the difference in my house one he left. It felt like it made a tremendous difference. He was in and out in one day. My son even said he could feel the difference in warmth in the house. "

"They promptly returned my call requesting info and estimate. In a follow-up call he took time to answer all my questions. I was pleased with the work, the price, the cleanup - everything. He adjusted original estimate downward upon discovering some preexisting insulation in attic."

" was brought in by our plumber as a subcontractor to repair a leak in our kitchen sink drain. He completed the work quickly & was a pleasure to deal with. The only reason I didn't give him A's for price & responsiveness is that we contracted with him through a third party. I know he also does tile, insulation installation, and drywall work, but we haven't used him for that."
