"My only complaint is that I thought the rate was negotiable and wasn't informed until the end that the
Denver Home Daycare Providers Provider Name Locked
they found for me had a higher hourly rate than I thought, 50 % higher. Of course I still had the option to proceed or not and decided to go ahead with it. I am so glad! This
Denver Home Daycare Providers Provider Name Locked
was wonderful! She immediately knew how to make my toddler happy and comfortable to the point where she happily waved goodbye as I left for work. She brought ingredients for play dough, and kept my daughter engaged and entertained with activities ( not tv). She also took initiative to straighten up the living room, dining room and kitchen while my daughter slept. I will not hesitate to call this agency next time I need
Denver Home Daycare Providers Provider Name Locked
, they provide excellent professional service in a timely manner.

"Should be called ABSOLUTE WORST CARE. The owner
Denver Home Daycare Providers Provider Name Locked
is the ABSOLUTE WORST. She was never prompt at returning phone calls or emails. She provided me with 2 nannies, that were ASBOULTELY horrible. One was stealing from us and the other was totally unprofessional. I had to practically beg
Denver Home Daycare Providers Provider Name Locked
to provide me with the background checks, which she didn't do until after I hired one of the nannies. This agency doesn't give a d*** about your kids, they only thing they care about is getting their placement fee. I would never recommend this agency to anyone. Stay away!!

"Let me start by saying this is the first time i have ever gone to the effort to write negative review in any forum. My overall impression of this company and its owner is poor. I was lead to believe that the "night nurses" had extensive training during the initial conversation i had with the owner,
Denver Home Daycare Providers Provider Name Locked
. In fact, the woman who worked in our home had only approximately a year of experience working with babies in the fashion that was described to me. I explained to the owner that I had previously worked with people who had 20 plus years of experience as night nurses, and that was the level of expertise and care that I was seeking. She assured me I had come to the right place. She only had two people for me to interview, so I picked the person I thought was the best of the two. Neither of these people were actually nurses. I was given the impression by the owner that she had multiple employees that were either RNs or LPNs. I never met anyone with those qualifications. I feel that the owner is very misleading with her potential clients regarding the level of experience and qualifications of her employees. Our 'night nurse" worked for us for a couple of months. I only allowed it to go on that long because I had no other options. I found her care and methodology to be very inconsistent and annoying. The employee was very needy and encroached on our families personal space on a nightly basis. This woman had absolutely NO respect for our privacy. Oddly enough, the only time my baby seemed to have trouble keeping a bottle down was during his feeding times when the bottles were administered by her. There were several times I am certain she was dishonest with us about how smoothly his nights went because she wanted to continue working longer than we actually needed her. It was actually a relief to get her out of my house.
The owner of this company is completely untrustworthy. As a courtesy to her, I expressed my doubts about the woman that was assigned to us. I advised her during this conversation that I would appreciate her discretion in not involving me or my family with any fallout that may occur as a result of our complaint. She advised me that she had similar complaints in the past, then proceeded to draft a letter to ALL previous families that had worked with this "night nurse" outlining her past transgressions. She sent this letter to ALL of the previous and current families this woman was working with. This letter contained EXTREMELY confidential information (including that one mother was suffering from serious depression) and laid out IN WRITING every uncomfortable situation and issue that each family had with this employee. Sharing confidential information should be strictly prohibited by any business owner. If she had done this in the hospital or a doctors office, it would be a HIPPA violation and would be grounds for termination, a hefty fine, and a lawsuit.
I was absolutely flabbergasted by her actions. The owner of this company has been a nurse for many years and should know better.
Based on all of the reasons above, I would never trust anyone from this company to come into my home, The owner needs a refresher class in caregiver confidentiality, and should entirely overhaul her interview and screening process for her potential employees. I would never have hired this service had I known I would encounter this degree of incompetence and insensitivity.

"From the get go, this was a very professional service that lived up to all expectations. They were always on time, and had no problem with any and all requests we had. They are unobtrusive but also suggestive when needed. Someone usually comes over at 10:30 and will stay at the house until around 6 am. During that time they watch over the

, and we had them also give the baby a bottle of pumped milk, in order to try to get at least one period of in interrupted sleep.

"Having the help both day and night was invaluable. She came from 10p to 6 A in the beginning and then once I was able to go out, she came and cared for 4he babies for 4 and 5 hours during the day. I will definitely hire her again when I have another baby. I have referred her to many of my friends and co workers. The absolute best.

"I have tried many daycares and this is by far the best. The work with you on any issues that arise. They will work with you on any special requests you have...like if you don't want your child to have juice, etc. Recently, we had some logistical issues, so they worked with us on special accommodations to stay late after closing hours with our child till we could work something better out. They are very open to feedback and even ask you for candid feedback. And, they make changes based on the feedback. The teachers are all very loving and care so much about the children. The tenure for many is very long and you can tell they are happy working there. The owner does a great job of making sure her employees are happy. My son who hasn't been there for about four months since starting actual school and still talks about his class there and it is just so obvious how much he loved it. Everything they learn they find a way to make so much fun. I took my daughter out for a while b/c of the location of my son's school and where we work, so I took her to a very well-established daycare that met our logistical needs better. I put her back in
Denver Home Daycare Providers Provider Name Locked
after 3-4 weeks b/c they weren't even close to being at the caliber I've become used to in a daycare. The peace of mind of knowing your child is very happy and in a loving, safe, and learning environment is what I need and I have only found that
Denver Home Daycare Providers Provider Name Locked
can meet all those needs for me.

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - While our
Denver Home Daycare Providers Provider Name Locked
was top notch, this organization repeatedly lied to both our family and the
Denver Home Daycare Providers Provider Name Locked
on multiple occasions. They attempted everything from trying to renegotiate the placement fee at the last minute to lying about the hourly rate to be paid - to both us and the
Denver Home Daycare Providers Provider Name Locked
. Their customer service is about the worst I have ever experienced and I believe that they mistreat the well intentioned nannies using their service. Again, DO NOT USE THIS ORGANIZATION!

"The staff are always nice and eager to do whatever is needed in the interest of the children. The Center is always clean and bright with a lot of space for the kids to play and explore. They are receptive to suggestions from therapists to help the children achieve their goals.
I would recommend this facility to families who are looking for fantastic quality care.
