"Was extremely quick to return my call even on a Saturday! He was willing to come fix the furnace the same day since the house was slowly getting colder and it was supposed to be a really cold night. He arrived in the timeframe he gave, diagnosed the issue with the furnace and had it working in a short amount of time. We are lucky to have found his number and will definitely be using

in the future.

"I had recently moved to Denver. It was October and was getting cold. I wanted to have my 95 year old boiler serviced and checked out before I turned it on for the winter. Due to my procrastination I found myself in a pinch because it was the first week of October and I had to leave for a business trip for two weeks. I was afraid to leave the house without heat for that period because the weather was predicting quite a cold snap while I would be gone.
I called several outfits and no one could come in the two day window I had remaining since they were all booked doing the same service for people who had better planning skills. I found a tag on my boiler with
Denver HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
’s phone number. I called and left a message. Late that day, about the time I gave up hope, he called me back. When I explained my situation, he said he happened to be nearby and asked if he could come over immediately. I said yes and he showed up about 10 minutes later. He was very helpful and thorough and specializes in old boilers. He even remembered doing some work on this boiler with his father some years ago. He explained a lot about how the system works and even topped off the system with water and bled the radiators upstairs, even though that was not part of the service I had requested. I thought he was great and he really bailed me out of a jam. I don't think he charged me an excessive amount even though he knew I was in a bind.

"This turned out to be much more of a difficult installation:
1. Ductwork above the furnace had to be repaired.
2. Whoever installed the air conditioner soldered a piece (unnecessarily) to the furnace.
3. There was an issue with the gas line, and another tech came out to help
What should have been a 4-6 hour installation became a 10-11 hour job. However, I was billed the price I was quoted despite the extra hours.
Nice, professional people...glad I used Angie's list to find them!!!

"Wonderful. This young man was professional and competent. He did not try to up sell me, but simply fixed the problem, which I gratefully appreciated.

"Two people showed up, they were extremely courteous and were on time. They proceeded to dismantle our 1949 furnace and installed a new HE condensing furnace.
They were clean, punctual and very efficient, they removed the old, installed the new and replaced all associated ducting in one afternoon.
The inspector even commented on the cleanliness of the work. All of my HVAC work now goes to them

and
Denver HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
did a fantastic job.
Denver HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
was very easy to work with. I felt that his dedication to doing his job right and doing what was in the best interest of the client was clear from when he came to do the estimate through when the job was complete.
Denver HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
was very quiet but he focused on getting the job done and worked very diligently to do so. I appreciated both of their work very much and will be going to them for any heating/cooling needs we may have in the future.
We had one communication hiccup scheduling the estimate but once it was identified,
Denver HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
was very apologetic and was quick to remedy it. We were very happy with the way it was handled.
We had three estimates done. We chose to go with
Denver HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
because 1) he took into account our needs - not just what made him the most money - and provided advice along with the estimate, 2) his price was very reasonable, and 3) his solution to our unique problem fit best with our needs.
Finally, I would say that because
Denver HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
's business is so small you avoid the
Denver HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
coating that you get with some contractors. I felt that I was dealing directly with him and thus could hold him responsible or ask him questions if either were required (although neither really were in this particular instance). He always came across as being straight forward/unfiltered and I felt that I could trust him and his work. While the unfiltered style may not be preferred by everyone, it was preferred by me and my husband after getting the run around by many other contractors that we found out, after the fact, were not being straight forward with us.

Royal owner of Royal Heating & Air was the gentleman that performed the service on the fireplace. The original appointment was for 1:30PM. He called and said that he was in Boulder and the job was taking a little extra time. He asked if 2;30PM would be OK and arrived promptly at 2:30PM.
Denver HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
placed a tarp on the carpet for protection and explained how different controls worked and their function as he worked on the fireplace.
Denver HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
was very responsive when I had a question about something and didn't seem to be bothered by me asking questions while he worked.
If the need arose in the future, I would not hesitate to hire him again.
I would recommend him to family and friends.

"The appointment on 12/17/13 (it might have been on 12/16 or 18) for the inspection in order to prepare the estimate went well and the estimator was on time and courteous. The estimate was promised by email within the first few days of the following week. The estimate did not arrive. I had another estimate promised for that week by another contractor and it did not arrive either, so, after checking my spam filter, I assumed that there was something wrong with my email service. I called Custom on 12/30/13 and asked that the estimate be resent giving the receptionist my phone number and email address again as well as the name of the estimator. I got no call back and no estimate arrived. I called Custom again on 1/6/14 and the receptionist promised to track down the problem and see that I was to get a call the next day. I have heard nothing from Custom.

"The two gentlemen that came to do the work arrived as expected and after discussing what all was being done got started and were able to complete all the work the same day. Every part of the process went well even while I was in and out of the home doing other repairs, and having other service installed as well as moving furniture into the place all at the same time. I am very pleased with everything that was done and would recommend them to anyone who needs work done.
