"Bill was prompt and professional from the first call we made to ask him for an estimate. We were coming in from out of state and he was more than obliging in meeting our schedule. He impressed us with his
friendliness and knowledge of what needed to be done to remedy our situation. Our patio roof was ready to
be replaced and he gave us a thorough explanation of what would need to be done. His first bid was for a
complete demo and rebuild. While it was a very fair bid, we decided to just remove the roof for now and
clean up everything until we could decide how to proceed. He gladly bid the demo, all clean-up and projected
that the work would take three days. After clearing up some questions with the bid, we contracted with him to do the work. Our daughter who is living in the house was most impressed with Bill and felt his work schedule would give consideration to the fact that she has pets and a new baby. The work was scheduled to begin based on a date that we could be back in town to observe the job. A debris roll-off was delivered prior to the work starting and Bill arrived promptly on the first day. Over the three days, work started promptly and time was
allowed for the pets to come outside. A few other details came up during the demo which Bill explained and
we agreed to add to the Contract. Bill recommended a company to supply the replacement gutters and except for the installation of those, the job was completed and cleaned up in the estimated three days. We are very
satisfied with all of the work and would call him for further projects without hesitation."

"The person who gave the first estimate lacked a certain understanding of what our needs were. But the crew that came to perform the actual work was excellent. They understood what we needed and why and did a great job. We are very pleased with how the gutters look. We'll have to wait for real winter to hit before we can evaluate how well they work!"

came out to give estimate. Was on time and was easy to schedule with. Scheduled install via email. Crew had to cancel on first appointment due to heavy rain storm. Crew came out following Monday and was able to complete install in 2 days. Crew was very professional and did a great job. Gutters look nice and the quality of workmanship looks great. I have an older house and I am picky about contractors being careful around brick and woodwork. I am also picky about the aesthetics and symmetry of work done. No complaints in these areas. Overall great work.
One minor comment. When the old gutters were removed a number of nails and debris came off the roof and on to the ground. Would have liked the crew that did the removal to clean up more after the work. Not a huge deal though."

" gave me a prompt, reasonable estimate for a 3 level house. He and his crew arrived exactly when promised. They worked tirelessly for two days to remove all of the old gutters from 3 levels, then formed and attached new seamless gutters. His attention to detail was remarkable: he asked for matching paint to touch up the house paint in areas that had to be trimmed to attach the gutters. He also was careful to show me an area of fascia that was bad and any changes to improve drainage. He asked for approval for the slight additional charges to the original estimate. He also made a window repair and cleaned an upper level dryer vent."

" completed the project on time and on budget ? a big accomplishment given the size of the project, weather, and amount of unknowns that can pop up during the journey.
I am writing this recommendation almost 7 months after the completion of the project. Why? Well, I am writing it because (and their sub-contractors) has stood behind their work the entire time. I have called on a number of occasions for follow up work (very normal on a project this size) and also for advice on work that falls outside the scope of the contacted project (probably not that normal). has ALWAYS picked up the phone and been responsive to our needs ? ALWAYS. This is in contrast to some of the past experiences where companies have basically taken our money and not stood behind their work.
I want to recommend because they are honest, professional, quality focused, experienced, and act as a consultant through the entire process. If anyone would like to see the quality of work they did with our remodel then please let us know ? we can send before/after pictures or you can take a tour of the house.

"I called a few gutter companies to give us bids on replacing all our gutters. came out and discussed the proposal with me. CSG were the cheapest but the main reason we chose them was the understanding of the job and recommendations provided. It was obvious that he knew what he was talking about. Our project was complicated. We needed to have the gutters removed, then have fascia boards repaired by another company, then have the new gutters installed on the house, then have the fascia boards on the garage painted by another company and then have the gutters installed on the garage. CSG was very accommodating and sent their guys out a few times to do the work. Overall the quality was good. One of the downspouts was installed in a different location than what had been proposed without consulting us. While they offered to move it, they recommended this location so we agreed to leave it alone. Communication seemed to be an issue. We were told that they were 3 weeks out but that they'd get us into their queue. A few days later we got a call saying they were coming out that day. Since we weren't home, we couldn't discuss the project before they started. Later, we were told that they would come back on a certain day while the painters were here so they could install the garage gutters. They showed up a day early without calling first and we weren't ready for them. They then said they would come back two days later to finish but didn't show up. They came back the next day and finished the job. So far we're delighted but really can't speak to the quality of the work until we get some serious rain. This is why we didn't provide a letter grade."

"Called on a recent morning in the midst of our "rainy season" after downspout had fallen during night. Reached by phone on the first try. came out that afternoon to reattach downspout. While he was doing this, I asked if he could repair a gutter section and clean gutters. He agreed to do that and returned later the same day to do the additional work. The day following his work, it rained again and the gutters were operating beautifully. He did all the work efficiently and cleaned up perfectly - but for the great improvement in the drainage of my gutter system, there was no evidence of his ever having been here. Also, took it upon himself to secure an additional downspout without additional charge. "

"The job went very smoothly. I arranged for the service long distance, and set a date for the repair to take place. , the owner, responded to all of my numerous phone messages, and kept me up-to-date on when he would arrive (I had a very small window in which to have the work done, since I don't live on the property). On the day of the repair, came out and inspected the work, took notes, and needed to order a few parts. The following day two gentlemen from his crew came, were very professional, and did all of the repairs in about two hours. The work done was superior to the work done by the original gutter installer. "

"We had a gutter that had pulled away from the house. I also wanted a 3x4 downspout installed in that location. arrived on time for an estimate. He said that it was a comparatively small job and that they could work it in between jobs the following week. His partner, , and a helper arrived the next Wednesday to do the work. As I left for work, I don't know how long the job took. I looked at it the next day and was pleased with the work. The new downspout and extra run out into the yard matched very well, the installation looked very clean and the gutter had been snugged up to the fascia. There were no bits of metal, screws, or other debris left in my yard."
