(see Report dated 11/30/2009 for prior service). Last year, I chose them largely based on recommendations from Angie's List, and I have not been disappointed. Three men arrived on time on a Saturday afternoon and were very efficient and professional. They cleaned the gutters of our house and detached garage by hand and bagged all the debris. In addition, they cleaned all of our exterior windows. Last year, I had them clean the upstairs windows, but expanded the work this year since they had done such a good job. There was some confusion about what to charge for our window cleaning, based on what we paid last year. Ultimately,

charged a lower price than what we had agreed upon at the outset of the work. One thing that sets this company apart is that they do small extras without charging you. For example, one of my screens had a rip in it that

fixed without charge. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and plan on using them again next year."
