From the first time we met
of
, we were impressed with her professionalism. She was prompt, understood what we were looking for in our remodeling project, and submitted a concise estimate almost immediately. Throughout the project,
answered calls in a timely fashion and communicated clearly by e-mail, something we haven't seen from other contractors. Her work crew was capable, friendly and adaptable when materials did not arrive as predicted. When asked,
provided very helpful advice which we valued as novices to remodeling on this scale.
counts her tile work as one of her strengths and we were very pleased with the work she did on our backsplash. All work was completed to our satisfaction and we are proud owners of a beautifully updated, functional kitchen.
has a great sense of humor and ownership of her projects. We would recommend her to anyone.

did such a good job installing laminate in my living room and dining room a couple of months ago that I decided to install laminate in my family room and hall as well. I can't say enough good things about
and the quality of the work that he does.
For both jobs, he arrived on time and immediately went to work. After tearing out the carpet,
repaired the floor before installing the new materials. (He actually fixed underlying problems left by the builder.) He is detail-oriented, efficient, and makes sure that everything is done perfectly. After the work was completed, he cleaned up and left everything in great order.
I had some problems with Lumber Liquidators and
got on the phone with them for me, explained the problem and made sure that they had the right products to complete my job. He even volunteered to pick up the products for me when they came
in.
After seeing my new floors, my sister-in-law hired him to install laminate in her house. Her new floors are beautiful, including the stairs.
I've decided to have tiles installed in my kitchen and bathrooms and will ask
to come back again. I highly recommend
him to anyone who needs hard surfaces installed in their homes. Again, he's prompt, efficient, has great prices and does a
fantastic job. And he's nice, easygoing, and very personable.

did a great job updating my master bath and hall bath. Project required gutting both bathrooms nearly completely, repairing drywall, new tub and shower installation, floor tile, shower tile, toilet installation, shower and sink faucet installation, cabinet install, new door installed, additional lighting and vent/fan install, electrical wiring, and painting.
Denver Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
was prompt and quick and when I made some changes during the process he was very accomodating. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to update their bathrooms or need someone for general updating around your house.

My business with
Denver Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
was to purchase hardwood floor from them (installation was performed by a different person who is not being reviewed as part of this).
I was unfortunately recommended to these guys by many people including my floor installer as an alternative to the big box stores (e.g home depot, lumber liquidators, etc.). I was told you had to pay more but for in the price but you would receive a high quality product. I wanted a solid hardwood floor that would stand up to pets and renters, I checked the hardwood

scale and talked to the sales associates at
Denver Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
and decided on a solid hardwood Acacia (supposedly much stronger than oak). I was given a sample and took it home and it looked nice and seemed strong, it also did not seem to scratch easily. Also please note I am aware all hardwood scratches and dents, I realize it is not cement but I was reassured by
Denver Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
that this Acacia would be a very strong hardwood for my needs. So I ordered 750 sq ft at almost $7 a sq. ft. When the installers started to install they asked me if I purchased bamboo because the product was so light and cheap feeling, than they told me that it was much softer than any wood they have ever worked with as they never had to change the blade they used to do their cutting. They said oak would have gone through many blades and this supposedly stronger Acacia wood and it never even went through one new blade! I can scratch this wood with my thumbnail using very little pressure, I dropped my cell phone from the couch and it put a huge gash in the floor, I have padded everything in the house and it still dents the floor with minimal pressure. I have a friend that got oak from Home Depot for $3 a sq ft. and does not have any of these problems. I called my
Denver Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
contact and he and a rep. from the supply company, Metropolitan Hardwood Floors (US), Inc., which are the manufacturer came to inspect my floors. They only did a visual inspection, did a moisture test (which was a joke) did no other test and deemed its as it should be. I showed them I could scratch it with a fingernail they did not seem to care. I begged them to take a sample and test it, they reluctantly took one said they would check the mill records in their manufacturing facility in China. Nothing else has happened neither
Denver Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
or their supplier at Metropolitan Hardwood Floors (US), Inc. have contacted me.
This company is selling substandard low quality products for a very high price...bottom line is you don't get what you pay for. I would have been much better off going to lumber liquidators or home depot, not only would I have received a better quality product but they would have stood behind their product and worked with me to a resolution. Please BEWARE, THESE GUYS ARE NOT ETHICAL NOR DO THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT QUALITY!!

They do a good job installing wood flooring which I had done in my small bedroom/hallway over two days on Aug 26/Aug 27. What is left to be done are installing baseboards and a wood transition piece for kitchen/living area. I had wanted this to be done sooner but they were busy with other jobs and I contacted him to get this scheduled finally for Sep 12 but
Denver Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
called to say his employee was ill. This was rescheduled for Sep 19 but no one showed up and subsequently called me that he had to go out of town on an emergency.

Denver Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
was diligent in wanting to complete the work himself. He came by on Sep 26 to measure for baseboards and will return to finish the job on Oct 11. I would have given them an overall A grade if this job had not taken so long to complete, and if the incident with the boxes mentioned below had not occurred. Also affecting the grade, and in agreement with other reviews, are job scheduling/follow-up which could really be improved.

One concern I have is on the Aug 27 install, there were 2 people doing the work. I had about 15 boxes all taped shut that had not been opened in 10 years out of the way in the bay window area. When I went to move the boxes, I could tell most of them had been opened. I am not exactly sure if anything was missing as it seemed the boxes were still full. I spoke to
Denver Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
about it at length and felt he was genuinely concerned and willing to rectify the entire situation.

Weaver did an excellent job replacing the carpet in my new home, so when I decided to replace the old floors in the kitchen and bathrooms with tile, I asked him for a bid. As with the carpet, his price was the lowest and I knew he'd do a great job. I wasn't disappointed!
Denver Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
's crew did a beautiful job on the tile and what I most appreciated was the care they took with my home. They covered/masked everything and cleaned-up thoroughly when the job was done. They were delightful to work with and the end result is beautiful.
Denver Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
kept an eye on everything, quickly responded to any questions I had and made sure I was completely satisfied.

When my husband and I arrived at our house
Denver Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
was already doing an outside inspection and after introductions he wasted no time in suiting up and inspecting the crawlspace under the house. After the crawlspace inspection, we moved inside the house where he inspected the bathroom and bedroom walls and flooring for mold growth....More /> He identified some mold growth in the bathroom that could be cleaned with maintenance work we could do ourselves as well as some mold growth on our bedroom wall and floor that we could also clean up ourselves. We discussed some preventative measures we could take for both the crawlspace and the bedroom in the house. Fortunately the mold growth was very minor.
Overall we learned a great deal about mold and where and how it could grow in our house.
Denver Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
was very professional and knowledgeable and if we decide to take the preventative measures he suggested we will call
Denver Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
's team to do the work with no hesitation.

came back to see what we'd found after we cut away the superficial flooring in the kitchen and bath on February 28th. His then estimation of what needed to be done, how much he thought it might cost, and whatnot was rather vague this time. We told him we would need his bid by March 4th. We never heard back from him and don't know why.
