"When I first met with
she was right on time, listened and asked a lot of questions. She really wanted to hear all about My dog Sparkles" and what was going on at home and in public. She was very positive and definitely very knowledgeable about dogs and behaviors. She then met Sparkles did some observing and came up with a training plan and gave a homework assignment. She also worked with Sparkles Veterinarian regarding some medication that enhance our training time. The next few weeks she slowly progressed Sparkles from being stuck at home to being out in the
again. Before the training Sparkles was so aggressive we couldn't have her out when people came to the house. She was barking and lunging after anyone that walked by or was out in their own yards as we walked by. She snapped at the neighbors and wouldn't let anyone in our yard. She was barking and attacking the fence when the neighbor's dog was out. Now we are able to have people in our home and have her out with us. She is back in the
enjoying her time on the leash. She is friendly with people that are walking and ignores people in their own yards. Walking her has become a treat and not a full contact drag in the park.

focused on the big picture when it came to training my dog. She thoughfully considered my dogs' natural bredded tendencies, the fact" that he is a rescue dog, my daily routines, the set-up of my house, etc. in order to develop a unique plan that would work for us. It's sounds complicated, but
made it easy - she knows her stuff about dogs. In fact, simply learning more about and understanding my dogs' breed helped the situation immensly! Now I understand why he behaves the way he does. He's a 12-year-old German
mix. So, based on his breed,
, taught me games to play with him in order to stimulate his senses. These games were homework, and we had to practice them every day! It was very vigorous, fun training. These games were eventually incorporated into a separation anxiety remedy and were used to make my departure a pleasant experience for him. By the end of our training series, my dog was not 100% cured. But remedying separation anxiety is a marathon, not a sprint - as is all training, I guess. I have a much happier dog now, and he gets better everyday. I am the proudest dog mom, and it's all thanks to

Denver Dog Trainers Provider Name Locked
came to my house one day a week for 5 weeks and help train my 2yr full blooded lab and my 1.5yr lab/collie mix.
Denver Dog Trainers Provider Name Locked
did an excellent job! I was wanting someone to help me get the basics down with my mainly my 1.5yr dog. I have had the 2yr old since last September and she came from a good home and had been taught most of the basics I needed help with her on the walking and not pulling because she's 85lbs of muscle.
Denver Dog Trainers Provider Name Locked
showed me how to train to walk both the dogs so they don't pull. I have only had the 1.5yr since February, I got her from Rocky Mtn. Lab Rescue and she had had no training. In the month I had her I got her to sit and come to her name.
Denver Dog Trainers Provider Name Locked
really helped me with the 1.5yr cause she was very hyper and wouldn't listen most of the time. So
Denver Dog Trainers Provider Name Locked
showed me the hand signals and commands to use when wanting either dog to do what I say. I have seen a huge improvement in my 1.5yr old. I would definitely recommend

There is something about
Denver Dog Trainers Provider Name Locked
that dogs immediately recognize--he knows them. He gets dogs. He also gets over-indulgent, laissez-faire owners who have grown used to the geniality and good will of the average dog. The first training
Denver Dog Trainers Provider Name Locked
conducted was with my husband and me to set us straight about who was in charge. That would be us.
Then he worked with
Denver Dog Trainers Provider Name Locked
and immediately I realized he was also training our older male Lab too. I was impressed that he did not ask for an additional fee-I was the one who pressed him to charge for two dogs and two humans.
He was prompt (the training was in our home) he was so good with the dogs, he was so good with us. He saved

. She still occasionally gets a bit testy over food, and occasionally attention, but we work through it. With
Denver Dog Trainers Provider Name Locked
's training, our attention to what she requires, and age, she has become a loved part of our family.

Denver Dog Trainers Provider Name Locked
is wonderful with our dog. She understands animal behavior, and provides useful techniques & advice to have a well behaved pet that is truly a member of the family. Our lab suffered a serious injury when he was just over a year, and had to be relatively inactive for a long period of time. She spent time with him at our house when we were at work. When he was stronger, we took him to
Denver Dog Trainers Provider Name Locked
's house where he could interact with her dog, and other animals in her care. Our dog has also stayed overnight with
Denver Dog Trainers Provider Name Locked
& her family. It's nice to know he's staying with a family, like member of the family, and not alone, kenneled. I would highly recommend
Denver Dog Trainers Provider Name Locked
to anyone looking for training for the pet, boarding, or dogsitting. Her prices are reasonable, and vary with what's required, but she is totally worth it!!!

I didn't have much hope for our puppy until I found out about
Denver Dog Trainers Provider Name Locked
from somebody at the dog park. We had unsuccessfully tried training at a national pet store. She came the first day with her pack of dogs and for the first time I had more hope. She uses humane techniques to help establish the owners as the leaders of the pack. We have worked in the home, at the dog park, and Cherry Creek State Park to help us with different challenges our dogs faced. Both dogs love her and look forward to her weekly visits. After staying with her, they are exhausted and more well-mannered. For the truly challenging dogs, she is always available for their owners on her cell for guidance. She is also a very good-value compared to other trainers.
Denver Dog Trainers Provider Name Locked
is passionate about what she does and it is obvious that she is born to do this!

I had a wonderful experience with this company. He observed each dog on the class and helped to personalize the training. Great class!

We purchased our dog from them. They were extremly helpful and informative. We appreciated that they were a no

shelter, and would take the dogs that no one else would. They also offer free training classes, and all the basic things you need to take your puppy home then, and there. We would highly recommend them.

After our first visit my anxiety about a new foster dog went from 100% to about 0 because he gave me concrete tools to handle any given situation. The following day I had a problem with my foster and I called him. He answered immediately and spent 30 minutes ( at no charge) talking me through the situation.
On our second visit he brought his own therapy dog and I was able to take this foster with no social skills on a walk - off leash!!
Our 3rd visit was at his house for boot camp training with 5 other dogs " with issues".My foster is now more obedient than my own dogs

Denver Dog Trainers Provider Name Locked
is the best trainer you could find. He should be categorized more as a behaviorist than a trainer. I have used him with each of my dogs and they love him and I love the dogs he has shown me they can be. I have a 3 year old boxer that was showing aggression towards my other dog a two year old pitbull mix and myself. I looked into other trainers and they only told me they could solve the problem but couldn't say exactly what had caused it. When I found
Denver Dog Trainers Provider Name Locked
, on the recommendation of the rescue I had gotten my girl from, he explained everything that was going on in my boxers head and how we could get him back to being a happy balanced dog. This was in November. In march this year we moved and now it was my girl having issues in the new back yard. They didn't start right away but progressed into aggressive behavior toward my neighbors and their pets. I was devastated and thought I would be unable to keep her.
Denver Dog Trainers Provider Name Locked
came back to the rescue and we are working through her issues to get her back to being a happy balanced dog when she is outside of the house. Though it had been about six months both dogs remembered
Denver Dog Trainers Provider Name Locked
and with in a few minuets were the best behaved dogs I have ever seen. I am confident that my family will stay together now and I can over come any issues I may have from them with
Denver Dog Trainers Provider Name Locked
's guidance. He is always a phone call, text, or email away. We have homework for the next two weeks and then a follow up visit planed so far. The work
Denver Dog Trainers Provider Name Locked
does is amazing he really understands the way dogs think and also the way their owners think and is able to get them thinking on the same path for a balanced home. I would highly recommend him to anyone who owns a dog, no matter the size or breed but especially a bully breed he is just an amazing miracle worker with them.
