Instead the guys performed the work on the two front corners on the second floor and the two front corners on the porch. When I discussed the work with them afterwards, they said they wondered why I didn't want the back corners done. So they came back and did them the next day. This is when they discovered that the soffit also needed to be repaired. They estimated the quantity of beadboard required and

found it and had it delivered a few days later. We were very impressed with the apparent quality of the work they did installing the new soffit. It looks great. They were willing to come work even when it was *really* cold. Even though they considerably overestimated on quantity of materials, they did not charge us for it."
