Denver contractor improperly pours sidewalk

Concrete complaint

COMPLAINT: Doug Finkenbinder, Thornton, Colo.

"I hired Jackson Construction to pour concrete for a sidewalk. They poured the sidewalk in the rain, causing it to set improperly. They came back out and admitted that the workmanship wasn't good and agreed to fix it.

"It's been more than four months and the problem is still unresolved. They won't return my calls, nor have they come back to live up to the promise they made. I feel like they're avoiding me and that they're no longer willing to fix the issues at hand."

DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want them to remove the bad cement sidewalk and replace it as soon as possible."
