"I realized in the middle of the afternoon that the refrigerator wasn't cold. I called the next day, but he came two days later and replaced the control board. While he was here he mentioned that my dishwasher was possibly leaking underneath. He investigated and found that it was leaking. I appreciated him noticing a possible problem and pointing it out to me."
"The company was great! I called early Monday morning and scheduled a service call the same day. Over the phone I was quoted $70-120. Would depend on why my dryer wasn't heating. The technician was punctual and very professional. Heating element replaced same day and in a timely manner. We have a one year warranty on parts and labor. Technician left his phone number in case we had any questions or concerns. Because work was done the service call fee was waived. AWESOME! I have never been so excited to dry my clothes!"

Denver Appliance Repair Experts Reviews
"I purchased this dishwasher (used) from a reasonable fee and were in and out in about ten minutes."
"They came on 11/12 and said it was fixed, however there were not any dishes on the top rack so it was not tested. The next day I had dishes in the top rack and it pushed out again. I called them that morning and they came out and fixed it. It has been fine ever since."
"repair involved moving the unit away from the wall. he did not have the parts available onhis truck. had to come back 2nd time. the floor was in jeopardy of major scratching - altho none occurred. He was late both times. The repair has lasted well. "
"They were prompt and professional. They provided great customer service. They were prompt and had the part on the truck. We would use them again. The price was fair."
"It went very well. They were very prompt, pleasant and efficient. Initially, they had said that they might not be able to find a replacement clock because the oven is about 25 years old. They did find one, called me the next morning and scheduled the return of the repairmen. They replaced the clock quickly and the charge was quite reasonable."
"This company sent a representative to repair our gas range. The range is under warranty and the company was contracted by the warranty provided to do the repair. The repairman panel needed to be replaced, but wanted to check with his boss to be sure it was the right part to order. He left saying we would hear from him in a few days. After two weeks, we called the company. I spoke with "
"The first thing you need to know is that Best charges what I feel to be an outrageous amount for a "trip charge." I think it was roughly $80 for each appliance, and there was no discounting due to the fact that I had two appliances being repaired simultaneously. Unlike a lot of repair shops that I've dealt with, that trip fee doesn't go to reduce the bill if any work is performed. It's just their upfront fee. When I first called the scheduler, they made me give her copious information about the problems and the exact model numbers of the appliances. When I could only come up with 11 digits of a 16 digit model number she castigated me and told me that they may not have "enough information" (despite the fact that 11 alphanumeric digits can provide more than a quadrillion bits of information). I thought with all that information they would be able to fix the problem in one trip. No dice. When the guy first came out, he hadn't brought any of the required parts to fix the problems that I described. I understand that might happen if you give them a general description of a problem ("Uh, it's not working."), but I gave them a very specific description of common problems including one that was merely a replacement of a worn-out part that I had already identified. So we had to schedule a second trip for him to actually install the parts. When he came the second time, he fixed the dishwasher, but only then realized that he didn't have the right parts to fix the "
"He was very honest and helpful. He came on time and gave us the feedback that we needed. Even though he did not fix the machine he recommended that the fee for fixing would be equivalent to buying a new one. I would call them again in the future should the need arise."
