"They drilled holes into our ducts that have never been drilled before. They found about a foot of debris that included lots of fiber glass. They cleaned the ducts very thoroughly. After the work was completed, my daughters, who coughed before the work was done, had stopped coughing, which is a sign of good work."

"Showed up on time and took about 3 hours to complete the work, which was estimated in the morning. Older vents that had not been removed in many years were removed carefully. Since the paint was covering the screws on the vents, it will require some repaint, but this was told to me in advance and was ok since we have additional paint. was very knowledegable as I had never had this sort of work done before. I was concerned with the amount of dust in most rooms. The office contact was very helpful in explaining the process and set up an appointment which was very prompt (less than 5 working days). The company mailed me an information letter confirming the appointment and some additional info on what to expect and how to best prepare for the workers to assure minimal disruption. Two men arrived exactly at the appointment time having called an hour earlier to confirm their arrival. Overall I was impressed with the professionalism and the thoroughness of their cleaning. In addition to the registers they also created several small holes in the ducting into and out of the furnace to assure a complete cleaning in those areas as well. Each hole was plugged with special rubber stoppers which can be used in subsequent cleanings.They also were prompted in cleaning any debris created in removing some of the registers. Based on this experience we plan to use them for some rug cleaning in the future."

"The technician was on time, in fact, he was early. He was polite and very professional. Before he began cleaning, the technician took digital pictures of all the ducts leading from each vent and showed me the debris in each duct. My home is new construction, and there was a considerable amount of sawdust and drywall dust in each duct. After cleaning each duct, the technician took another picture showing the duct was cleaned. The technician used pads and blankets to protect the woodwork from the hoses and equipment. It took the technician 7 hours to complete the cleaning."
