He proceeded outside and began to inspect my property.  He inspected both the inside and outside of my ...more home and did not find termites entering my home.  He estimated my home at 284 linear ft.  When he was finished he gave me a written estimate of  $1220 plus tax (this was after a $200 coupon was applied) for the application of Termidor around the exterior of my home, with a price of $243.56 for annual renewal.  In the end I elected to go with another company that was about $200 less.  The company I went with also found a mud tube of active termites in the back porch area of my home showing termites entering my home in this location."

He proceeded outside and began to inspect my property.  He only inspected the outside of my home ...more and did not find termites entering my home.  He estimated my home at 263 linear ft.  When he was finished he gave me an estimate of  $1425 plus tax (this was after a $150 coupon was applied) with a price of $340 annual renewal for Sentricon Colony Elimination System.  His estimate also included another option quoted for Terma-Pest (Bi-Monthly Termite/Pest Control) this included additional pest control - Initial service $693 with an annual renewal of $594 or initial $99 plus tax with Bi-monthly service charge of $99 plus tax.  In the end I elected to go with another company that uses a different method of control.  The company I went with also found a mud tube of termites in the back porch area of my home showing termites entering my home in this location."

Since we never saw live termites, I worried that only treating where the damage was seen was not thorough enough. Please do not call me back. I received phone calls every single month from this person, while my daddy was in the hospital and in hospice - each and every time I asked her not to call me again. The last straw was her calling me the day of daddy's funeral! This person is completely heartless and insensitive! You maybe an eco friendly company, but your employees are not people sensitive!"

"The work was fine...i just wonder about the price to the protection. The staff is great - they actually have various types of materials to use and we switch to the strongest one, more harmful chemicals without additional charge to come out and spray again. Very pleasant to work with."
