"The project went smoothly and I am very pleased with the end result. They have been by to check that the shrubs and plants are doing well. Also, they are well versed in Texas watering and educated me on the correct ammount of water necessary without wasting water. "Overall experience was great...including standing behind their warranty! On initial contact the designer really wanted to come meet us rather than just do a drive by estimate. He met us after work and brought books to get an idea of what we liked. His initial estimate was a little more than we wanted to spend so we made some adjustments to a final plan. He examined our existing sprinkler placement to ensure no additional work was required (none was). The initial planting was in mid-December. They offered a 90 day warranty on plants (not on annuals) and 1-year on trees. I withheld filing this report until I was confident that they would stand behind their warranty...and they did! I'm not a plant person so late February I started emailing the designer to ask him to come by and evaluate our plants since I thought some did not look like they were healthy. After several emails and no reply I call the company and learned the designer I dealt with was no longer with the company. They reassured me this wasn't a problem and sent another designer out within a week to determine which plants needed to be replaced. They then followed up and replaced the plants without any hassle. Overall experience was great and they had a no-hassle approach on the warranty replacement on the plants that died."

He called me back, but I somehow missed the call and deleted his voicemail. I reached back out to him and he was immediately responsive to see what I needed. "The Big Deal offered by

for yard cleanup piqued my interest. I was impressed by the work they had done which I found on their website. I originally called Holly for an estimate to create raised beds along the front and side of my house as the existing beds are just too shallow for any thing to grow there except weeds. Holly seemed very knowledgeable about her work and suggested plants that I had not thought of for the area, which on further research I am excited about. The price for the beds, plants, and any revision or repair of the existing drip line came to about $1600, which I think is reasonable. However, I am going to wait until March to have that work done. I then showed Holly my backyard, which was in terrible shape from neglect and looked more like a jungle. She agreed to get it cleaned up under the Big Deal price of $70, which was too good of a deal to pass up. They worked on it for a total of about 8 hours over 2 days. After the first day, it was beginning to look really good. Holly suggested that I put down mulch to help control the weeds. The price was very reasonable so I agreed to that. She also suggested that they trim a tree, I think a Youpon holly tree, that was half dead. They came back the second day and finished up. Part of the problem in my backyard is invasive perennials that came with the house when I bought it. They tilled up what they could and then put down the mulch. They even moved a hydrangea bush because, after trimming the tree, it would not have much shade. After completing the work, everything was bagged up and placed in the front for the bulky pickup. My backyard looks absolutely wonderful and I can't believe how much work I got for the price. I knew they had gone way over and beyond what was supposed to be a 2 hour backyard cleanup so I offered to pay more. Holly only charged me for an additional hour and a half at the Big Deal price. I am extremely pleased with the work and the price. I will probably have them do the backyard cleanup at least twice yearly to hopefully keep it looking as good as it does now. I am looking forward to working with Holly and

when they come back in March to do my front and side beds and possibly other projects in the future."
