"I've kenneled my two dogs at & 's in several times during 2010 for extended stays. I've used several different kennels over the years, and this one is the best. I didn't put a price I paid because I used them several times, and each time the amount varied, depending on length of stay. The kennel choices were amazing, and there were large, roomy kennels with beds so I could board my two together in one large kennel, and they'd still have plenty of room to roam and play together. I paid extra for daycare and treats. My dogs are rescue dogs and sometimes get upset when I "abandon" them at kennels (at one place, it was so horrible that my little cocker spaniel was literally shaking with fear when I left him...I cried all the way home). But every time I left them at 's, they were not happy I was leaving, but they weren't fearful, and I could tell they liked the place. They'd get excited as we drove there, and they could tell where we were going. Every time I picked them up, I had two happy, relaxed doggies. One of my dogs growls at strangers, but that didn't concern the 's staff. They knew how to handle that. My dogs and I all liked the professional, friendly staff, the clean roomy environment, and the activities provided. One of my dogs (the growler) blossomed from participating in their daycare (turns out she's a social butterfly!). I can't say enough good things about this place. I was SO delighted I'd found a first-rate kennel that took its business seriously and put the dogs' welfare first. Even in the hottest part of the year, the place inside was COOL (that's not always the case at kennels). I LOVE this place!!!! Their prices seemed reasonable and competitive (but I always paid for the extras, and those extras can add up...but it was worth it to have happy relaxed doggies). Did I mention that I LOVE this place???? The location in is convenient for anyone going to DFW airport (it's not much south of 635 on the way to the airport)."

"We love them. We found them on the internet. They do a wonderful job particularly with active dogs who like to play. They are just fantastic. They take the time to get to know the dog and fit them and make sure that they play nicely in all these sorts of things. With the discount it is $14 a day. Our pet absolutely loves them absolutely over the moon. We would recommend them without hesitation on all account, they are just fantastic. We board our pet there when we go away. I just gave birth to my little girl and we were in hospital one there and the dog were there and they brought him home which was really thoughtful and sweet. They also bathe the dogs there. "

"Dr. and Dr. have taken wonderful care of my aging cat. I'm afraid my adventurous beast has given them a bit more work than I would have preferred, but they have they and their staff have done a loving and skillful job of patching her up and nursing her through he various injuries and resulting complications."

"1. If you plan on using their day service regularly, ask about buying a package (10, 20, or 30 day packages) for a better rate.
2. They will also bathe your dog upon request so you'll have a clean pooch at pick up."

"I never had a to try them out because they would not accept my dog. They said they were happy with their clients and did not need any more. Why do they advertise on billboards and other media if they are going to turn people away? I am not sure I care for the way they run the place either. They do not place the animals in separate areas. All the boarders reside in one large room together. This may be why they did not want to venture with new boarders who may not get along with the ones that already know each other. Either way, the end result is that they did not want to board my dog."

"My dog had a GREAT time. She was originally a stray before she became mine, and liked dogs but hadn't really been socialized. Within the first hours, the family that runs the dog ranch had helped her meet the other dogs and begin playing. She played so much over the 10 days that she lost a ton of weight and was VERY happy. I like that the fee is all-inclusive, so you don't play extra for walk time, or medication. I like that the dogs don't stay in a kennel all the time with a few short breaks, but instead are able to run and play at will. My dog loves to be outside, and it was important to me that she was able to. I have mixed feelings about posting this on Angie's List because caps the total # of dogs it will take to ensure all dogs get the proper care, and I would hate to find myself shut out in the future because it has become so popular! But the place is incredible, and deserves to be known. "

"I recently adopted a Bengal/Siamese mix kitten from Texas Exotic Cat rescue. I took him to see Dr. at City Vet. SnowFoot was a big hit at City Vet. Unfortunately, he had a very bad case of ringworm, which I learned is actually a fungal infection, not a worm. I've had pets for many years and never knew that. The vet and assistants at City Vet were very informative and helped me throughout SnowFoot's month-long quarantine (from my other cat), even taking him in for one weekend when we had to go out of town. I was afraid to leave my brother-in-law in charge of kitty medication. Not to fear -- City Vet offers cat-boarding in the main facility, and even offers the "quarantine" boarding for sick animals. I was told that EVERYONE loved my little baby and spent time playing with him while we were away on the weekend! Now that's dedication. Of course, he is a gorgeous baby! I highly recommend Dr at City Vet, and I have always had a great experience with the front desk staff and animal assistants. Great job, guys!"

"I bring my cat to this vet from time to time for boarding and for annual check-ups. The staff is friendly and they seem to like my cat a lot. They give her compliments when I come to pick her up from boarding. This vet is very small animal friendly -- I don't see too many large dogs here. The prices seem reasonable."

"We visited many boarding kennels in Dallas for one we trusted to give our pet loving care. This one topped them all! They obviously love dogs. I was hospitalized while on vacation & we had to stay a few days longer than expected. They assured us "Nugget" would be well cared for until we got back. They even began mixing her food with a similar one of theirs since we did not bring enough for the stay. She had a nice air conditioned room with a doggie door leading to an enclosed porch. There were two daily playtimes with dogs of equal temperament and she LOVED the nature walks. When we picked her up, she was glad to see us, but reluctant to leave - our assurance that she had a GREAT time. is the only kennel we would consider again and it is well worth the drive from our house."

"On the last day (in the morning) they called me and told me that my dog couldn't stand up. I told them that 3-4 times a year he had little seizures where that happened, but that he would always be completely normal in 15-20 minutes. I told them that if he wasn't completely back to normal by 15-20 minutes to take him to the Veterinarian Clinic (CitiVet) across the street. This clinic and have the same owner and until recently were operated as a single entity in the same building. About 7 hours later I picked up my dog and they brought him out to me and placed him in my arms as if everything was OK. However, he was very weak and still could not stand and they had NOT done anything about it despite my explicit instructions to get him to the vet!!! As it was late in the day, I took him to the nearby emergency vet, who found him quite ill. [I do not believe he would have survived the night if I had not picked him up that evening.] They kept him overnight and then it was multiple trips to his regular vet and the emergency vet over then next nine days during which time his condition deteriorated. He ultimately had to be put to sleep. I don't know that all his underlying medical problems wouldn't have surfaced eventually, but I strongly feel that this downward spiral got an unnecessary boost by the delay in getting medical attention. Just another example of their lack of attention (while it pales by comparison) --> they could not find the blanket I left with my dog until the next day. It should not have been ANYWHERE except in the individual kennel with my dog! I should add that I have used this facility numerous times in the past. The staff used to be quite friendly and always greeted my pet by name. Lately I have noticed that they have had a great deal of staff turnover -- however it was actually one of the two managers with whom I gave instructions regarding sending my dog to the vet. They advertise as a pet spa -- but have not even been able to keep a groomer on site for some time. I complained by e-mail about all this and they called me early the next day -- indicating that they were very sorry and would be looking into this and getting back with me. However, it has been 10 days and I have heard nothing back from them -- and don't expect to."
