Service after the sale was another 5 stars (so far). They registered my equipment for Trane Warranty and an additional service warranty and were very helpful advising how to transfer the warranty of existing equipment. Again, the service after the sale has been very professional and responsive.
Due to the poor craftsmanship, I called another vendor to come out. He pointed out how he clearly mis-diagnosed the problems based on some visual things that were easy to notice. We had to end up repleasing the condenser unit which was most likely damaged by the over charging.
After extensive research into this purchase, I had a number of options to review (including using a mini-split) and questions for him and each of the other contractors from whom I solicited bids.
