came out with person who worked in house, and reviewed everything. The list of supplies was surprising, and would see what might be reworked on that - but not a real problem. It didn't bother me to supply supplies. Worker was very good and did things I'd missed. Wish I'd gone with deep cleaning after seeing the work. Would recommend."

"A team of 5 arrived on time to clean my 3 bed/3 bath home. Each person specialized in a certain area - one person did the bathrooms, one person did the kitchen, etc. The owner not only worked with the crew but supervised all of their work. Everything was finished in about one hour. I was very satisfied and I have hired them again. Highly recommend!"

"The first time we met with , she came over with (who would be cleaning our house) and they did a full survey of the house. From there, we went through all of the items that were important for us, and she went down a list of products to ensure we had everything they would need to do the job. The next day, came over and did a wonderful job cleaning our house. As we run out of products, / goes and picks it up and provides us with a receipt, which we then include in the cost of service. As far as house cleaning experiences goes, this is perhaps the most well run and efficient experience we have ever had."

"I work nights so she is able to accommodate my schedule and not come until late morning. She had me buy a particular mop but she uses my vacuum cleaner and brings all the rest of the supplies. She sometimes brings her teenage children to help out. Her son even swept out part of my garage on one visit. I asked her if he would would give the garage a good cleaning for me and she said yes. In regards to the housecleaning, does a very good job. I have cats so, of course, the cat hair is everywhere but she takes care of that. She also changes the sheets for me. I am home when she comes and I feel very comfortable having her around. It is so nice to have a clean house now. I would recommend her and definitely plan to keep using her."

"My husband and I purchased $75 worth of services from Bit of Bliss for $30 through a Groupon. The lady that my husband spoke with was very on top of things, and scheduled someone to come out to help us do a move out cleaning. We were in a small 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom rent house, which included more than the three rooms that the Groupon covered so we asked the lady to clean the kitchen, the bathroom, and the den (with hardwoods). We pre-tipped her $20 as we were busy loading our things into a moving truck, heading across town, and unloading there while she worked. When we returned, we wished we hadn't left such a generous tip. The house smelled clean, but it wasn't. We had to go back over most of the work she had done and found a lot of left over dirt and grime that she'd missed."

"The house is cleaner since I have had them. runs the service where she has a couple house cleaners. I switched the house cleaners, and I like the new one better. I do like that communicates through email. There is a central person to talk to. I did get a call from to sell me Girl Scout Cookies, which I wasn't that pleased. They don't do a terrible job, but I am not completely pleased. They are always on time. The first lady I had talked to much. "

"We had used Services over the summer and were very impressed with the quality of the work. They spent about 4 hours cleaning our 4 BR, 3 house the first time they were here and did a great job. This time, they spent about 2 hours cleaning and when I arrived home, I found areas that hadn't been dusted and a picture frame that was put back on the mantle after the corner had been broken. I was disappointed and will probably not be using these ladies again."
