This is when I lost my temper and pressed the issue stating that I had called ahead and was told that I should come at 2:20. The other lady said she had called ahead as well so that is when

walked over to check the computer and verified who had called first. She then grudgingly (I thought) agreed to take me. By that time I was so annoyed that I didn't even want her to cut my hair but I went ahead and had it done. I feel if this salon is going to allow you to call ahead then they had better enforce the wait list and be honest with the clients about the wait times and the number of people on the wait list ahead of you. I would have been happy to have come at another time had I been told that the stylist was booked up. Both my daughter and my hair cuts were fine but I probably won't go back. It's not worth it."
