"I had my gutters replaced a few years ago by another company when I got a new roof and the new ones have never performed as well as the old ones did. After being frustrated for years about the performance I was ready to fix them or replace them again. came out and adjusted the gutters, getting rid of the standing water and pitch issues -- something the other company said couldn't be done. I wish I had gone with when the gutters were replaced. He did take a day or two to call me back after I left the original message for him but was very responsive after that. Very happy with the service call. "

"Contacted them on a Monday based on their Angie's List ratings and reviews. The thought was that we would prefer one company to come out to put on both the roofing and the gutters. Told them about the job and wanted to schedule an appointment for an estimate. Received a call back on Tuesday (hence the high punctuality rating) and was told "We can't do the estimate" and referred us to Roofing. Surprised that they didn't want to even give us an estimate. Since they weren't interested in our current job, we won't bother contacting them in the future."

"We bought an older home built with a Mansard roof that had been partially remodeled. The part that had not been remodeled looked quite ugly. It was tough finding a contractor that understood flat roofs (most flat roof guys only do the flat part and each one is trying to sell a specific product - foam, epoxy, TPO,....). We wanted work to be done on the sloping part of our flat roof. and came by and told me that they could handle it. They brought in contractors (one set of guys for the carpentry stuff, one set for the shingles, and another for the gutters) who scheduled around the weather and worked on several Saturdays. They got the required permits from the city and worked with us over concerns we had. They fixed all the problems we pointed out and repaired things that their contractors had damaged (we pointed out the slate tiles that got broken but forgot to mention sprinkler heads that had been lopped off - since the sprinklers come on at 2 a.m. we didn't notice them for a while).We had to leave town due to a death in the family and they made adjustments for all that. Over all a great experience."

"They came out right on time and they left a pretty detailed estimate for the work. They estimated that the work would cost about five hundred dollars. They responded on the phone and by email. "

"Scheduling was delayed because of an abnormal amount of rain. Mr. kept me informed of the scheduling. Mr. replaced two downspouts, for no charge, that were missed on the original estimate. The job took about 6 hours. Mr. 's crew cleaned up the area before leaving. They did a great job."

"We had a laundry list of items we wanted done prior to putting our house on the for sale, and of the recommended Angie's List companies we obtained bids from, promised to do the job the quickest. We ended up disappointed because promised more than he delivered. He did a fine job with each of the items on our list, but he kept promising that each task would be completed sooner than he could actually complete the job. This meant that we had house cleaners, , realtor and 's crew tripping over each other the two days before our open house. Also, we discovered during the first rain storm after the gutter repair that a corner still leaked. Overall, I would say 's a fine painter/handyman, but he disappoints by overpromising. You have to really push him to get things done on time."
