, the general manager, came out and did a free estimate of the job, gave me the 20% that they had as a special on their website. Gutter on garage had pulled away from fascia on one side and was loose in the middle on the other. Although they don't do gutter repairs,

said they would reattach if gutter nails were found [I purchased gutter nails myself for about $10 before they came to make sure they were available]. Cleaned and bagged everything, were very careful not to dirty my windows [I had a bad experience with another company last year where my windows ended up being filthy from gutter trash]. I no longer use gutter guards because I've found them to be ineffective, so there was a lot of stuff, including tree branches. At the end, the head of the team noticed that the back deck hadn't been completely swept up and made sure to do that before leaving. The final charge on the job matched the estimate exactly"

Regarding our bathroom faucet, I neglected to tell them, that I'd taken it apart & tried repairing it before, which would've kept them from originally trying, what they did. Once they got it apart, they realized a do-it-yourselfer must have installed it, and they were unable to replicate what that person had done. So instead of blaming anything on faulty installation or my withholding of information, they insisted on buying and installing a new faucet (which probably would've eaten away any profit from our entire job). Since we left out information to begin with, we insisted on splitting the cost of the new faucet with them, either way, it got fixed! We will definitely call
