House Doctors allegedly can't stop patio cover leak

COMPLAINT: Tina Blevins, Arlington, Texas

"I hired House Doctors Handyman Professionals in Arlington to build a cover over my patio. The cover looked nice, but when it rained, it leaked everywhere. I gave them a call. When they returned to my home, they found out they forgot to install the flashing. It took weeks to get them to install it, but the patio cover still leaked.

"They came out again, but it still leaks. I called again, and they said someone would come out, but no one showed up, which I let the company know when they called the next day. They sent someone else out, who did a few things that partially fixed it and said he'd come back to check on the work. Since then, no one has checked up on it, and it still leaks."

DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want a patio cover that doesn't leak."
