The windows were fabricated at a local factory. Because we were hosting an event at our home we asked for expedited delivery and installation, and they agreed. employees, but rather subcontractors who work for

). The installers were punctual, and worked very efficiently and professionally. The entire window installation took two days. They cleaned up carefully and completely at the end of both days. We did experience one glitch. The doors took longer to fabricate, so we had to schedule a separate installation for the doors. The installers again were punctual. When they began installation, however, they discovered that the doors had been fabricated in the wrong size. They returned the doors to the factory and had new ones made in the correct size. When the new doors arrived, we discovered another problem: we had ordered them to be white, but they were instead in a unfinished wood color. When we called this to the attention of the installers they stopped installation and contacted the

sales manager. On looking into it he discovered that the factory no longer made the doors prefinished in white. So he arranged to have the doors painted for us at no cost to us. The painters came the next day and completed the work quickly and professionally. In short, although we encountered difficulties with the doors,

was completely responsive and made it right. I recommend them highly. They are not the cheapest, but they are the best."

because I needed the cat door installed right away and couldn't wait for my regular guy to become available. I'm really glad I hired

for the cat door project. I wanted to install the cat door in a single pane of my French door without making it look too tacky. Some suggestions I'd had from others were unappealing to me.
