A week later, I called and asked why I had not received an estimate and he stated he was very busy and would have it to me by the end of the weekend. is personable and clean cut, and he comes across as an upstanding, successful business man. Unfortunately, in our case, he failed miserably to actually deliver the contracted services, even in just a barely competent fashion. Nothing he did for us was high quality or even good quality. The insult that he personally added to the injury, was when we politely complained, he was haughty, defensive and he actually blamed it on us! It was worse than shocking, it was like being swindled. Undoubtedly he has some satisfied customers, but you have to hope that you are one of the 30 jobs that gets a good crew and not a bad one. The lack of transparency, the inaccuracy and sloppiness in the estimates he provided also contributed to our horror at ever having anything to do with this man again. He was not responsive to our calls and if he answered an inquiry in time to direct the workmen, it would take so many days, that the workmen would have proceeded on their own, often incorrectly. The subcontractors also ran several jobs at once, and often worked only part of a day, or with part of their crew, which was shuttling between our home and other jobs. Mr.
