" was very friendly & accommodating with my schedule allowing me to drop it off on a Wednesday and pick it up that Friday. He informed me they could have a detail service work on the rest of the car for about $85 and suggested a local auto rental car near by. When I arrived to pick up the car, it was not quite ready requiring placement ...more of the air dam crossbar piece & two other small details. I had to wait about 30 minutes. Since it was a quick turn around job and a Friday afternoon, I was willing to overlook this. They did an outstanding job on the bumper/air dam repair. It looked brand new. I was disappointed to find the detail job was $15 dollars above what I had been told it would cost & that they had not vacuumed or cleaned the truck carpet. Also, the cross bar in the air dam was approx $140 instead of the expected (verbally quoted) $45. If I had known it was going to be this much, I would have said forget it since it is a 9 year old car and you hardly notice this piece anyway."

"We obtained several estimates from other body shops, all for about $4200 to $4500 with the strong warning that there was damage and it could easily cost $1500 to $2000 more. I took it in on Monday and got it back on Thursday. The price was about $200 more than the estimate. The estimator could not understand why several parts came in higher than his estimate. I told him it was okay as I had expected to pay a lot more anyway. He was bothered by having been off on the estimate and he gave me a discount so that the final price was virtually identical to the original estimate."

"I called the shop on Friday, 8/10, to say that I would be bringing my car in for an estimate for repair at about 9:00am on Saturday, 8/11. The person that answered the phone said they would be open from 8 to 12 on Saturday morning. I showed up at the shop on Saturday morning about 9:00, but no one was there. Another lady was already waiting there with ...more her car. The hours posted on the door said their hours were 8 to 12 on Saturday. I would not use this shop since they do not keep their posted hours or meet customers when they know they are coming to the shop."

"This shop was a disappointment because they wouldn't even look at my car until the other guy's insurance would okay it. I was left without a car for almost two weeks. They put me off every time I called and I called a lot. The work did finally get done and it was a good repair job."

"The service dept. Is very good, but the body shop is absolutely terrible. We had asked for the bodyshop to send the truck to the service dept. (also at ) to do some very minor warranty work. It took the repair shop over 24 hours to get the truck to the mechanics for them to do a 10-minute repair. So we were without a truck for ...more an extra day. Also, the truck's wheel still rubbed the inside of the tirewell. When I took it back, the guy was very defensive, saying that it wasn't his fault because it wasn't written on the damage report. Well, good lord, he's the one who wrote up the damage report. He told us to leave the truck for a day or two -- and of course there would not be a loaner. (one of the managers finally got things straightened out. ) now, two weeks later, we have found yet another problem with the area that they repaired -- one of the blinker lights is missing, and so it either fell out after they worked on it, or they never put one in in the first place"
