The installers replaced all the windows in one day and returned the following day to complete the outside trim and caulking for the windows. Everyone seemed very eager to please and everything was cleaned up well when the job was finished. I asked for another with triple pane windows and he came back over with a new estimate. It was less than the other companies and provided better ...more insulation. He explained that the triple pane window was not needed in this area and he did inform me that I would save almost as much money with the double pane window upgrade and he did not recommend the additional cost of the tiple pane windows. . They were able to install the windows the last week of December. They did a great job! The installers were very professional and carefull not to damage anything. They answered questions I had about the old windows and the installation process and the showed me how to operate the new windows as well. The windows look great, both on the outside and the inside. I have definately noticed a difference in the heating bills and and would recommend that anyone who is thinking of getting new windows at least contact them for an estimate. "We had a major renovation and the contractor was a man in and he's done a fine job for us. He was a principle contractor, he walked us through the whole thing. The people he brought in were terrific and he did a great job. He is a very creative and a conscientious guy and he obviously knows a lot of excellent sub contractors ...more out in his area which is important. He put on a new roof on the house and garage. He did new gutters, siding, repaired concrete front, back and drive, renovated a basement room which involved replacing the ceiling, re-casing the windows, custom built furniture at one end for entertainment center, new lighting and rewiring, carpeting and so forth. It was a big project. He is a very personable guy. Everybody he brought in was excellent. All the sub contractors were really nice guys and they did the right stuff and it was great.
