"I made the appointment on line Wednesday night for a Saturday morning appointment between 8am and Noon, the web sight stated I would get a confirmation call or email. I did not hear from the Company at all that week. On Friday night and Saturday morning I called the company and left 3 differant messages about the appointment. I figured they weren't coming since I never got a return email or phone call so I was out of the house when my phone rang about Noon and they said they would be at my home in 30 minutes to clean the carpets. Two guys arrived in about 30 minutes and did and excellant and thorough job, very professional. Overall I am very happy with the job however the lack of communication could have ended very badly."
