Columbus Real Estate Reviews

"Planning the move with
Columbus Real Estate Provider Name Locked
was very easy and straight-forward. We felt going into moving day that everything was well planned and under control.
Columbus Real Estate Provider Name Locked
and his team arrived promptly and completed our move very efficiently and professionally. They were all so nice and extremely considerate of our belongings and wishes, and never complained when we asked them to place something in a second location. Not a single scratch or damaged item or wall for what I thought was a very sizeable effort. We completed quite a bit of research on various movers before making a selection and we are very glad that we chose
Columbus Real Estate Provider Name Locked
. We would recommend them to anyone.

"This was the best experience with a moving company I've ever had. I solicited quotes from three companies before making the move. I decided to go with
Columbus Real Estate Provider Name Locked
in part because theirs was the lowest quote; more important to me, however, was the fact that they were the only company to physically come to my home to do a thorough walk-through before providing that quote. I was able to order boxes through them that were dropped off at my house. I did a price comparison with the boxes I could buy at U-Haul or a similar place and for more than 3/4 of the sizes I needed,
Columbus Real Estate Provider Name Locked
was the better choice (not to mention WAY easier since they came right to my door). They offered additional services and I did take advantage of their cleaning services to prep the place I was moving out of for the next occupant. All of the staff members with whom I worked were fabulous. The team members on moving day were careful, efficient, easy-going, and fun. They took excellent care of my belongings -- the only item broken in the move was the result on my not securing it well enough. I feel badly that it's taken me this long to post a review (I'm just now unpacked and settling in) because choosing this company was the best decision I made in my move.

"We had to move in a hurry, so we purchased a deal on Angie's List and hoped they could squeeze us into their schedule. We were surprised when they called us the next day to make the appointment. They were upfront about the process and cost. The day of the move, they showed up five minutes before their appointed time, worked hard all day, moved our stuff carefully and quickly, and treated my wife and I respectfully. What more could we ask for. Thanks guys!

"FANTASTIC. Great follow-up from central office. The crew went out of their way to protect the new floors, wall and hand rails at our new home. The crew was very professional and had a strong sense of urgency. This is the second time I've used and was impressed each time. All items were removed damage free. I can tell the management of this company is top notch. CALL 2M&T and you will not be disappointed.

"The packing crew was excellent. However, once Bell had my stuff, it went into their storage for two weeks while they waited for a
Columbus Real Estate Provider Name Locked
Truck to come and pick up my load. I waited three weeks in Seattle for my stuff to come. The crew that unloaded did a very good job and only a few things were broken.
My biggest gripe is the terrible job of scheduling. My move had been scheduled for weeks, but somehow that didn't get coordinated properly so my stuff just sat around in a hot warehouse. I incurred a lot of expenses while waiting.
Columbus Real Estate Provider Name Locked
did compensate me approx. $150 per day after their contracted date, but it certainly didn't come close to my out-of-pocket expenses.
In addition to this move, I also sent some family heirloom antiques to Chicago (an additional $1200 move). It's only 400 miles away, but that move took 8 days.
The person at Bell who does the scheduling is also a gruff and rude person. I had told my sales rep that I intended to put the move on my credit card when it was delivered. The driver was looking for a cashier's check and I told him that my arrangement with Bell's M & S was to pay by credit card. When we called them in Columbus, it was as if I was putting THEM out by using a credit card. Really? I sat around waiting for two solid weeks for my stuff and you can't be nice to me?
If you are moving within Ohio, Bell's may be a very good moving company. But I wouldn't entrust them with a cross-country move.
Columbus Real Estate Provider Name Locked
seems to have some serious problems with accommodation and scheduling.

"I have never dealt with a more attentive moving company! I first spoke with
Columbus Real Estate Provider Name Locked
who assured me that the job could be accomplished in the minimum amount of time, for the minimum price. I have to admit that I was skeptical, given the size of the furniture, but his estimate was spot on. Both
Columbus Real Estate Provider Name Locked
and
Columbus Real Estate Provider Name Locked
kept in constant contact with the store and me throughout the process, which took about a week. The delay was caused by the frigid temperatures and my work. I was very impressed that the company did its best to accommodate my schedule. They were all friendly and highly professional.
Columbus Real Estate Provider Name Locked
and Toral delivered the items on time, taking great care to protect our purchases, our floor and our existing furniture. It was a pleasure to deal with two such conscientious and personable movers. I would certainly use their services again! Thank you, guys!

"While I did not end up moving out of state I was thoroughly impressed with
Columbus Real Estate Provider Name Locked
's personal and professional service upon providing an in-home quote. I would absolutely contact them for my future moving needs.

"They appeared on time and were very professional. They moved all of our furniture very carefully and placed it where we requested. They went above and beyond making the move experience more pleasant than I ever expected. I would definitely use them again!

"I was told the 300 dollars covered most of the labor. Labor charges turned out to be 2312.50. I was also told I would receive an itemized accounting. Then at the end told they didn't do that. All of the big ticket items disappeared long before the sale, and they can't recall what sold. They threw away brand new items, collectables, and stole a coin collection. I found the mounting for the
Columbus Real Estate Provider Name Locked
mangled and thrown in the trash, and when I questioned them about it, they said they put all the
Columbus Real Estate Provider Name Locked
in an envelope to return to me. Instead of returning the
Columbus Real Estate Provider Name Locked
they gave me a 10 dollar bill. The coin collection included 50 state quarters, and some
Columbus Real Estate Provider Name Locked
. 10 dollars didn't even cover the cost of the quarters. When I reminded them that they had said they put the
Columbus Real Estate Provider Name Locked
in an envelope to return to me, the reply was, "What do you want me to do, go get you some quarters!" On the initial walk through when
Columbus Real Estate Provider Name Locked
asked me to point out any special items, I showed him an oil painting and told him it was painted in 1870 and if they couldn't get at least 200. For it I wanted to keep it. I later found it and another oil painting in the trash both with holes in them. Upset I asked about it and
Columbus Real Estate Provider Name Locked
said
Columbus Real Estate Provider Name Locked
told him it had a hole in it already and she threw it in the trash. Blaming each other for things found wrong seemed to be how they handled things. I found our large flag that was in very good condition lying outside on the ground by the trash cans. wondering what else was thrown away I opened bags and found a Bible, dishes, new shoes, books, toys, and collectables we'd had on display, including a never used hat from the Pebble Beach 2000 US open, and a mug from the Olympics in Atlanta. Their response to why these things were thrown away and not sold or donated was they weren't worth selling or donating. If you'd like to see the pictures of the half used legal pads, the half used bottle of 10 year old bubble solution and the empty Febreeze bottle that WAS in the sale, I'd be happy to send them to you. I'll also send pictures of the entertainment center they tore up. The paintings they tore up and the bathroom they tore up. My net profit from this sale was 2,300 dollars. That's what they say they received from the sale of a baby grand piano, a collection of antique radios, a desk, computer equipment, file cabinets, two sets of antique dressers, a gas
Columbus Real Estate Provider Name Locked
, fridge with an ice maker and water in the door, commercial microwave, a green house, power tools, tables chairs, end tables, a recliner, Roseville pottery, 20 settings of china, with all the serving bowls, a brand new 400 dollar telescope, a 4 camera alarm system worth over 400 dollars, large ship models, tool boxes, 4 train sets, a bar, collectible auto, gas and coke memorabilia, a collectible Coke bike,an a score card autographed by

,

Player, and
Columbus Real Estate Provider Name Locked
that I told him I didn't want to sell for less than 200 and they said they sold for 100.They don't recall the golf clubs with the 400 dollar driver either. There was also antique sheet music that
Columbus Real Estate Provider Name Locked
said would bring in 5.00 each and
Columbus Real Estate Provider Name Locked
said sold for a quarter each. Of course without any documentation I don't know what they actually sold anything for, or if it even actually sold. I had a triumph in the garage in mid restoration, that was to be sold, but they lost all the paperwork including the bill of sale and title. They damaged the bathroom, and lied about it, changing stories mid stream. I also want to note that they were storing items in my house that weren't mine. A child's red head and foot board, a large ride on
Columbus Real Estate Provider Name Locked
bear and quite a number of movies. Instead of minimizing the stress and pain of a very difficult situation, they maximized it ten fold, and left me with piles of trash to go through, and very little money for the sale of everything I entrusted to them.

"It went really well. I had to move in to my new home over the Thanksgiving holiday and this company was the only one I called that not only worked with me on the day that I needed, but also the time that I needed it.
I got a call shortly before the move to confirm, which was reassuring, since I feel as though most companies make you call them. They arrived right on schedule. They came in to do a quick assessment, and then they started loading. They were careful and fast. I wasn't worried about them mishandling anything. The guys were professional and friendly. I felt very at ease the whole time. When we got to the second location, they unloaded everything very quickly and they were on their way. Easiest move I've ever had.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone. At various times in my life I've moved every six months so I know roughly what to expect. These movers will exceed your expectations. I only wish I knew sooner that there were polite, clean and clean cut, professional young movers like Leaders trained and hired for me.
