"Overall he did a good job. The one glitch was I supplied the stain which must have been bad as it went on very dark and uneven. It would have been better if he had stopped and called me before going ahead and applying it. As a result the applied one coat was too thick. I was also surprised that the concrete sealer left the concrete dark and "wet" looking. He explained that was natural and would lighten back up in a couple of weeks which has yet to happen. Fortunately, I think these cosmetic issues should "weather" themselves out and the goal of protection was achieved. He was always responsive to my phone calls and willing to discuss issues."

"This company is Fantastic. From the initial contact it is Professionalism all the way. They returned my initial call promptly, owner 
, came out for an estimate very timely, and all calls to the entire staff during the process were returned promptly. To make sure I had an exact color match they actually removed a non-conspicuous piece of the entrance way and took it to ! In scheduling the actual work date painting is always dependent upon the weather but they kept me informed all the time about the next estimated start date. They powerwashed the building about a week before the actual paint date to give it time to dry. When I inquired why they had not powerwashed the windows I got a 'very enlightening' response---they do that BY HAND because they don't want to disturb any cracked (or missing) caulking and make it worse and then have water get inside the building. How ingenious--I never would have thought of that! Also unlike other companies that only caulk existing cracked caulking, they actually caulked areas of my building that were NEVER CAULKED (and should have been) when the building was built 7 years ago! The building looks fantastic---better than I thought it would. Also, I may actually SAVE on my heating bill come winter---now that ALL the windows are caulked all around! This is a Fantastic company to work with and I totally recommend them!"

"I have used this company before and been very happy. I called June 7 and was able to get my house done June 9. I didn't expect such fast service but it just worked out that way. This time the house looked very, very good. (The house may not necessarily need to be done every year but I choose to have it done every year because it is yellow and I like it to stay clean-looking.) I expected some 'drip' spots as normal as the house dries (which are easily wipped off) but I had no spots at all this year. Also is very careful with landscaping, patio furniture, and patio plants/flowers. Years ago I bought a 'turbo powerwasher' at a local home shopping tv channel thinking I could 'do-it-myself' cheaper. I spent about 1 hour on 1/4 of my house and every part of my body hurt and the house looked bad. I sent the powerwasher back and have used ever since---BEST thing I ever did. "

" has been great from the beginning. had the lowest prices on most of the quotes and on the ones he didn't have, he was able to meet the lower prices. I have been very happy with the quality of work the professionalism. They were always on time, worked around whatever we had going on and did a lot of "extras" that weren't included in the original quote.
I plan on using and again for other office building painting and would recommend them to anyone."

"They were good with follow up and very accomodating. They did the estimate on a Sunday and submitted it right away and fully explained what they were going to do and what was included in the estimate. It took a bit of time to get started due to weather, but the job was done well and to my satisfaction!"

"Very well done. was very responsive and we communicated via email on everything, which worked great for me. The quote was detailed and I modified the items a few times with no hassle. The price was the best of the 3 quotations that I had received and the quote reflected everything that needed to be done (other quotes tended to be vague). The work was completed within 2 weeks of contacting , from quote to finished work. I was very pleased. I did not have to be home except when they painted the outside of the house doors - and this was done according to my schedule, a late afternoon so that I missed a minimal amount of work. I will use them again. Also (and one member of the team I met) was very professional. No mess too- thus it never seemed like anyone was there except for the beautifully painted "product"."

"Great! Would hire again. Had little issue with dark red paint getting on other walls and he came back and touched up no charge...
And repainted space that was covered by window treatments. The rest was excellent and what we had expected and would hire again. Trusted him in our home when we were gone/out of town which was convenient time to get the work completed. Also helped us arrange necessary gutter/roof/fascia repairs and coordinated this work with Roofer, . "

"This provider was wonderful. Very quick reponse to my call, reasonable estimate, and got to the project when he said he would (rainy weather caused a delay - but he called to update me on when he would be out). He did an excellent job power washing and staining the deck and repaired several rotted boards on the so I didn't have to hire a separate contractor for this. The swingset also looks great - and this cost half of another quote that I got for staining it. He even power washed and stained a couple of steps that weren't in the quote but needed it. Highly recommended!"

"We have a 1920s home with stone and siding. came out to meet with us several times to determine our needs and to help us establish the right plan for preparing our old windows, and very overpainted trim and newly replaced siding. While the siding was easy to paint (they sprayed which offered great coverage for the style shingles), the trim required a lot of work just to get to a reasonable look. Since we did not plan to strip the many layers of paint, our hope was to get a decent finish. managed our expectations for the final result and delivered exactly what he said he would. His crew of four men worked for a week or more to scrape, sand and prepare the windows and trim.
worked with some difficult weather and did a good job working when he could, but not too long on some cold rainy days.
Overall, we were happy with the crew that worked on our house and would recommend and and crew to anyone. "
