It was a pleasure to watch someone else have to move our stuff LOL I hate moving and it was a whole lot easier to hire movers then to do it ourselves. For this I am forever grateful for my friend telling me about this company. They were reasonably priced so that we could afford this luxury and they made the experience nice for us. I don't believe I have ever moved without stress like this before and I will never move without hiring movers again.
I like supporting local companies and this company is worth supporting. I would recommend them to others if I am asked and I will tell all my friends and family about the good experience that I have had using this company.

I contacted and interviewed a number of companies who specialized in downsizing / organizing ... of which a few also did estate sales. As I had to do this job solo (minus active participation from my siblings), I needed to choose between companies who would Downsize & Donate everything ... verses Downsize & Sell as much as possible. I chose to hire
The huge challenge was that my mother had So Much Stuff, that it was impossible to resolve all within a single Estate Sale event. Even then, we were challenged to have enough space for items that could sell (verses other items that were immediately donated).
The overall process went reasonably smooth... where I was involved in determining if an item was of Family Historical Value (not always obvious). I requested and received regular updates of their schedule, so I'd know what days they would at the house or not (some days they'd work for another client or take a day off).
I had 20 or so boxes of personal correspondence, newspapers, and photographs to sort through ... where I needed to negotiate to identify space in the home that would not be used for The Sale (so I could continue my job to sort through those boxes). Once identified, I was able to continue my work and
One area of concern... for old, valuable items -- that given the option to sell only via an Estate Sale would not likely sell.
So... after 3 months, 3 residential sized dumpsters, 700+ garbage bags of stuff donated, several cases of bottle water -- the house is finally empty and is nearly ready for sale.

We were very confident by the phone conversation that we had when we did our quote that this was a good choice to make. It
seemed like something we could afford, it allowed us to not do the heavy work, and they were able to work within our timelines. We agreed to the move date and everything was a go. Move date came and everything went off without a hitch.
We had everything packed and disassembled and ready to go all we needed was for the movers to come in and move the items into the truck then unload the items at the new place. Seemed like it shoudl be easy and well needless to say it was easy. They had it loaded onto the truck within the time frame that was allotted on the quote and we were off to the new house in no time it seemed.
We got to the new house and the unload went just as smoothly. They unloaded with plenty of time to spare. Which made us all happy. They were also very professional in the sense that they did not trash our furnishings. The took great care to make sure that things did not get broken or scarred. For this we were grateful! We certainly couldn't afford to replace most of the stuff that we have. We would recommend these movers to anyone that will listen. Do yourself a favor the next time you move...hire someone to do it!!
When they arrived in Pittsburgh, they had to park on the street to unload. The driver and packer in Columbus was the driver to Pittsburgh, so we knew him already. He called when he was 20 minutes or so from the house. We walked the house with him, so he understood where everything was headed. Some beds and a futon had to go thru a 3rd story window (couldn't make the turn up the 3rd story steps). Those two men unloaded the truck (26') and placed everything where it was labeled and required. They set up rooms so they were usable right away. With only one lunch break, they finished unloading and set-up in about 8 hours. They were careful and courteous. I don't want to move again, but would use them again if needed. Great crew!
