Review allegedly uncovers half-done insulation work

COMPLAINT: Mary Lemke, Columbus, Ohio

"I hired Reo Mold Solutions of North Ridgeville [Ohio] to protect my crawl space and attic from mold by spraying. They also were supposed to install insulation and two layers of vinyl to keep out moisture.

"When I checked their work, I noticed they just shoved the insulation into the floor. I also noticed they missed or didn't put insulation in some gaps. In another spot, they didn't make any attempts to support the insulation.

"I had to repair most of the work myself. They also never put the vinyl down. I even offered to pick up the vinyl myself.

"They offered to come check on their work after I told them it was unacceptable, but they never did. They're unprofessional and I wouldn't use them again."

DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I believe a $1,000 refund would be fair."
