"I called on Monday, was given a quote higher than what it ended up costing me. JT came out Thursday, on time ,did the above mentioned work in 2 hours in addition to answering many questions about future projects. He was professional, very helpful and kept the area clean. I have a hole in the ceiling where he removed the ceiling fan but they informed me ahead of time that they do not repair drywall....The only reason I mention this is because I noticed another review that was upset about this but I knew what to expect ahead of time. The hole is very small and easily repaired. I will definitely use them again and would recommend to others"

They asked questions about what we had, gave me a date and time, took my mother's phone number and mine, and said that they would call both of us before coming out. They did! They evaluated the 20-foot pole that the vapor light was mounted to, determined that it was too unsafe (we had been told this before so were not surprised), and suggested mounting the light on the barn. He was extremely kind to my 84-year old mother, explained everything, asked her questions regarding what she wanted, and then did it. The light works great and it is a great relief to me to not only know there is ample light on their property, but to know that my mother now has an electrician she can call, whom she trusts. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend them."

He is the one I call with any electric questions or problems with fixtures. He is pleasant, friendly, and does a great job and a decent price. "I scheduled the appointment for 8:30 and they didn't arrive until almost 9:00, which irritated me right away since I needed to get to work that day. But it seems it was more of a communication issue- they said the scheduler told them between 8:30 and 9:00, although I was told 8:30. Anyhow, that was the only issue- they went right to work and were conscious of the fact that I needed to get to work. They worked quickly, found the problem, fixed my switch and outlet and were done by about 9:30. They apologized for being late and offered a 10% discount (even though I would have gotten this anyhow since I'm an Angie's List member). There were 2 technicians and both seemed to know what they were doing and had no trouble fixing my issues. I thought the cost was reasonable- they had a lower service charge than anyone else I contacted. They were efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. I would use again."

He is a very creative and a conscientious guy and he obviously knows a lot of excellent sub contractors out in his area which is important. He put on a new roof on the house and garage. He did new gutters, siding, repaired concrete front, back and drive, renovated a basement room which involved replacing the ceiling, re-casing the windows, custom built furniture at one end for entertainment center, new lighting and rewiring, carpeting and so forth.
