Columbus Animal Boarders

"The people at are great. One of the staff members meets you right away and takes your dog to the area for "doggie daycare". The dogs are separated by size, so that bigger dogs aren't mixed with smaller ones. The dogs get tons of attention and you can tell that they love animals. has daycare, boarding ...more and grooming services but we have only used the daycare and overnight boarding so far. They couldn't be better."

"Fantastic - we are very pleased with the level of service and attention we have received from the moment we walked in the door. We have also boarded our dog there several times because of the attention he receives. They will also bathe him for an extra fee (which includes nail trim & ear cleaning). They also sell a limited amount of toys, leashes, ...more and such for a price much cheaper than you can get at the pet store."

"Overall they did very well, I will mention that the employee who checked us in on 5th was not very pleasant or professional and made of a point of telling us that they would try to accomodate our request for grass bathroom breaks but could not guarantee it, we told her that on the tour we took we were told that we could request ...more grass at no additional charge with no problem. She then said they have a lot of new employees who tend to promise things that are not feasible. She did not make us feel as comfortable and truly left us wondering if we made the right decision. We opted to call

to check on the dogs the day after we dropped them off and the person we spoke to was very kind, accomodating and apologetic for the employee who checked us in, she assured us that the dogs were doing well. When we arrived to pick them up on

10th we received a vacation report card for each dog outlining their daily activities. Overall is a very nice place, does not "smell", is very clean and well taken care of. Other than the rude employee on check in day I would highly recommend."

"When we went on vacation last summer, we boarded at this facility so that she could have her thyroid treatments on a daily basis and they could observe her to see how she was doing. When we returned from vacation, they assured us that she had been a wonderful patient and had been playful with the other cats. They told us that ...more she was doing well. When we got her home, she was thin, frail, and couldn't even walk. It was obvious that they had not monitored her condition at all and that

had been ignored during her stay. The night after we returned,

died in her sleep. We contacted this facility and voiced our displeasure at their treatment of our cat. While they did refund our money, we will no longer bring our cats for care there. I would not recommend this facility to anyone."

"I explored having exhausted other boarding options for my dog in Columbus (unsatisfied). I stopped in unannounced a week before I needed them and took a tour. It was spotless, the runs are huge, temperature controls are perfect and the staff will actually sit you down and get to know you and your animal. They recommend a short ...more term stay before a long term one. I did that and my dog absolutely loved it. They actually called me half way through the day to let me know how she was doing. My daughter's daycare didn't do that. I can't say enough good. It is honestly the best kennel I have ever used. I no longer feel bad boarding my dog."

"We bring our dogs here when we have to go to Cleveland for the weekend (usually a two night stay for our dogs) Our dogs actually love to come here! When they see us packing up their travel food bin they get excited. The people that work there treat our dogs as if they were their own. All I have to do is call up and say we're coming and they are happy ...more to see us when we get there. Despite the fact that my dogs have some strange quirks, they act as if they're the best dogs they've ever boarded."

"It went pretty good. I think they took good care of her. One of the reasons they I chose them is because they said they kept individual reports on each dog, but that didn't end up being true, but in terms of my dog and her care, I was satisfied."

"All went smoothly, we left our boy over the weekend and they even called our vet for a consult without bothering us. They are very attentive and very easy to work with."
