"Well, I agree with the most recent comments and it was a funny thing becuase before I read their reviews today, I was telling the service man at how his company has changed over the past couple of years and the service had really gone downhill. In addition, I too loved when she was there. All you had to ...more do was tell her your name (if she didn't recognize your voice already) and she knew who you were, and where you were. She was great. Now, I call and many times they don't call me back if I leave a message. I finally got ahold of somebody and we set up a service call between 9-10 in the morning. So, 10 o'clock rolled around and the service man was not there yet. So, I called and the woman stated "oh, he said he was running late and would be there soon." It would have been nice for a phone call from them instead of me calling them. The work that was finally performed was good and I just hope they can find another

soon. "
