"I am disappointed that I even have to write this review. I purchased a mirror & shower door from them. It took five months from start to finish to get this project completed. The project started off well but dragged out for five months. They do a horrible job with communication & do not keep the customer informed about the project. I went weeks ...more without a call back & had to continuously call them to set up a install date. The shower door was satisfactory & after breaking our mirror & re-installing a new one they had the nerve to put tape over the edges of the border to cover the imperfections. I am done with them & have no desire for them to make our project right. Do not use this company if you are looking for quality service  this is the wrong company!"

"We need to replace the side light at the front door of a condo rental as the glass has a small hole in it. Windows recommended this co. to replace just the glass ( 's only does a sidelight and door combo). The representative was on time and showed me the possible samples of glass. Because the frame may ...more need replacement, we would have to do that first, which would involve a carpenter. We are still trying to decide if the hole can somehow be repaired. We are still searching. If there is no other alternative, we would have

come to replace the glass (which runs a little under $200)."
