"I called on Monday, was given a quote higher than what it ended up costing me. JT came out Thursday, on time ,did the above mentioned work in 2 hours in addition to answering many questions about future projects. He was professional, very helpful and kept the area clean. I have a hole in the ceiling where he removed the ceiling fan but they informed me ahead of time that they do not repair drywall....The only reason I mention this is because I noticed another review that was upset about this but I knew what to expect ahead of time. The hole is very small and easily repaired. I will definitely use them again and would recommend to others"

After inspecting where the outside outlet would be installed, he checked the fuse box and explained it was quite old and probably should be replaced. He didn't pressure me to do it. After discussing with my husband we decided to have it done. He was able to do all the work that day, including the outside outlet. The work was done professionally. I would definitely recommend

"I called the company and asked them if they could replace my parent's burnt-out vapor light in their driveway. They said yes and gave me a time, but they did not show up, so my mother called them and they gave her a time, but did not show up. She called one last time but again, no one showed up. We gave up."

"This was an absolutely wonderful experience. The people in the office who set up the appointments were friendly and responsive. The gentleman who came to give us the estimate was incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. They sent me the estimate via email (my preferred method) the next business day, and I was able to make the service appointment within a week of calling to schedule.

They arrived even a few minutes before their scheduled time, they were very friendly and completely willing to take on two small projects that we hadn't realized needed to be done when we had the estimate (installing an outlet for the washing machine and moving an outlet that had been in a wall we took down). After they finished, they walked me through and went over everything they had done, and made sure everything had been done to my expectations. They even did a quick overall assessment of the house's wiring and tightened all the screws in the panels. All this, for what I feel is an incredibly fair price."

rewired my entire home in a complete remodel in 2005 and has been back several times to add lighting for me in specific places I wanted more fixtures. He is the one I call with any electric questions or problems with fixtures. He is pleasant, friendly, and does a great job and a decent price. He works with and buys supplies from my lighting specialist, so they both remember what's already been done, which is a great benefit to me not to have to shop myself. I recommend him highly."

"I scheduled the appointment for 8:30 and they didn't arrive until almost 9:00, which irritated me right away since I needed to get to work that day. But it seems it was more of a communication issue- they said the scheduler told them between 8:30 and 9:00, although I was told 8:30. Anyhow, that was the only issue- they went right to work and were conscious of the fact that I needed to get to work. They worked quickly, found the problem, fixed my switch and outlet and were done by about 9:30. They apologized for being late and offered a 10% discount (even though I would have gotten this anyhow since I'm an Angie's List member). There were 2 technicians and both seemed to know what they were doing and had no trouble fixing my issues. I thought the cost was reasonable- they had a lower service charge than anyone else I contacted. They were efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. I would use again."

"I cannot say enough about the professionalism and kindness of this man and his employees. They were always there exactly when they said they would be, they did excellent work, and I quickly felt comfortable going about my business and leaving them alone in my home for long periods of time. Moreover, he is a PERFECTIONIST, and is not happy until the job is perfect and the customers satisfied. We considered his price to be fair and very reasonable (we paid for all materials in addition to his fee, of course). I hope we can get him back for our other bathroom in a year or so!! I recommend him without reservation!!"

"I started to replace the light myself and ran into some trouble. They came in to finish the work. He figured some confusing wiring and ended up maknig everything work! I was told I would get a free estimate but he tried to bill me for it. The matter was cleared up and I ended up not being charged for the estimate. I think this was an honest mistake. I didn't get the impression he was trying to cheat me."
